It is most likely out of calibration like 99% of them being used. Our Company Ctech Electronics will calibrate your tester according to military standards(according to the military field maintenance manual) With a custom Gm simulator and calibration tubes as a reference. The service assumes a working unit. The calibration consists of: All calibration procedures follow the official military field maintenance documents for these testers. Check operation of all switches and check tube sockets. Clean and tighten as required. Align all controls. Check main meter operation for sticking. Zero set and full scale sensitivity. Test and replace Electrolytic capacitors as needed. Check all other capacitors and replace as required. Check fuse lamp and pilot bulb. Replace as needed. Specifications and condition: This is a fully functional and guarenteed working HD103 Hipotronics Hipot tester. Hipotronics serial number 1110-1133, I guarantee this works or your money back. I have tested this with making it trip with a resistor providing the equivalent"leakage" current to trip and it works. It is easily reset for the next test. By"works" I mean that the relay opens and the HV is removed from the unit under test(UUT) This auction is for this unit only. I do not have any accessories or documentation for this HD103 unit other than the links provided in the line below. More detailed specifications are in the spec sheet or another version I don't know the history of this unit but it appears that the original HV transformer had blown and may not have blown quietly as there was some smoke residue on the inside only. It was replaced and you can see splicing in the wires and a fishing line as protection so the HV wires will not short out. In the last picture below. You may be able to see that the HV transformer was replaced. Please note that on one other HD103 unit that I have seen. There is some form of extra contactor mounted on the inside right side(looking from the front) which I took a picture of and will include below. Both units function the same as far as i can tell but this contactor in the other unit appears to be in the HV line. If you have questions. Please ask me. If you would like me to run a specific test, or make a movie of some test, I may entertain that but can not guarentee that it will be in time before the auction close. Please allow me a week to find a suitable shipping container for this. It will need to be packed very well. Here for considering is a vintage Hickok Model 752 Tube Tester. This tester comes with its original manual. And the accessories that were left in the rear storage compartment of the case. I am offering this as-is, because I am not sure if it is fully functional. It does power up, and I did a line test, and it does work as well(photo 3) All the knobs and buttons do function properly. The roll chart is present, and there are no issues with it. It does scroll up and down, with no problems. The tubes that are with the other accessories are untested, so I am not sure if they are good or not. But they came with this, and will stay with it, if sold. Overall, this is in cosmetically good shape. The metal protective corner pieces, latches, etc. do have surface rust. Latches and handle are intact, and do function properly. This is a Jackson mod. 648R dynamic tube tester made in late 50's or early 60's. It's in great shape cosmetically with basically just surface rust on the case hinges and a little dirt. It hasn't been tested but when plugged in. The meter needle goes to the middle, all the knobs rotate smoothly, the tube specs chart rolls nicely etc. This is the later 648R mod, which along the s mod. seem to be the most favored. These Jackson testers are recognized as one of the top brands. This will be sold"as is" as I have no means to test it. Has an instruction sheet fastened to the inside of the lid.

This is a nice vintage Eico model 667 Dynamic Conductance Tube& Transistor Tester. It is from an estate and is in very good clean condition with some normal light wear and scratches but overall clean and nice. The top of the plastic switch tip on the MERIT switch was evidently broken and it has had black tape wrapped around it(see photo) This is the black plastic switch tip only(not the actual metal switch) It is very minor and could be easily replaced but works fine just the way it is and will continue to do so(it's hardly noticeable) All other buttons and switch tips are intact and in good shape. It is a tube tester for Radio and T. V. tubes, this is before zip codes. this came from a auction house. The case show wear, the top of case has hole through the skin of the case only about double what the last picture shows, they are only through the skin, not hole through the case. see pictures. Up for sale here is a vintage Precision Model 612 tube and battery tester. The buy it now price on this is only $50. Look at what these sell for, this is a great bargain. This is in as found condition I have done no work on it and I am not really qualified to. My advice to any potential bidders on this item or ... moreany vintage electronic item like this is have a qualified professional replace out of spec caps and resistors before you put this into regular service. These are very simple devices that will last a long time if properly maintained. I did replace the faceplate screws because some of the originals were missing and others were chewed up so I replaced them and the replacements look great. I powered this up and tested a 12ax7. 5U4 and 6SN7 that had already been tested on my professionally calibrated tube testers and found this tester to generally be in agreement with my testers. In order for this tester to be put into regular service it needs the sockets cleaned as well as the contacts on the switches& the potentiometers could use some Deoxit. The roll chart works fine and doesn't slip or bind but the plastic cover is yellowed and it can be tough to see the setup info. There is no manual but there is a supplemental chart included. There is a split in one side of the wooden case but overall the case is solid. This is a nice little tester for either parts or restoration.

Listed is a B& K Dyna- Quik Electronic Tube tester. Model 650. Unit comes in a carry case with handle. Possibly 1940's/WWII era. I do not know much about this tester but was informed from my source that it has been all in working condition. May need cleaning. Comes with extra wiring plugs. Precise model 111 Tube Tester / Mutual Conductance Gm & Em / Elaborate & Working
A very interesting tube tester from Precise Development Co. The model 111 is a full function mutual conductance and emission tube tester that tests almost every type of tube a radio or audio collector is likely to need. What I found interesting was that many early tubes are listed on the roll chart. O1A. 99, 112 and many others not commonly found on most roll charts. The Precise 111 has ability to test tubes for both emission and mutual conductance. It can use 6 different plate voltages. 3 screen voltages and various signal voltage values, it also has very good gas check and ability to measure filament current. Measuring data is condensed in roll chart. Included is a copy of the manual with interesting sections on using the 111 with a scope to derive curves and testing new[not listed in the roll chart] tubes from data in tube manuals. The ... moretester is in very nice condition. working and very clean inside. roll chart moves freely. Elaborate setup procedure is more like a lab quality tester than a service level tester. Both the 5U4 and 6X4 tubes inside are good. I did note several original capacitors inside that should be replaced for continued reliability but as noted. The tester seems to be working fine. Other than a little light surface rust on some plated components. the tester and case are both in nice shape. even still has the original leather handle.
