Here are just some of the +++ with this machine. It will check about any consumer vacuum tube you may have from antique 4. 5, 6& 7 pin, octal, loktal, 7& 9 pin miniature, nuvistor, 12 pin compactron, 9 pin novar and also wire lead sub-miniature tubes. 7& 9 pin straighteners built in on the face. You can also check both sides of a dual triode without changing any selector switches by simply the push of a button. Can't find the number your looking for on the test data provided, no problem. Manual shows you how to test them. All you need is a tube manual for the number you want to test and owners ... moremanual will show you how to set the switches ~ easy. One of the best all round testers available in this price range. I have cleaned all switches and controls with DeOxit and replaced the two tubes(83& 5Y3GT) with new testing tubes. Roll chart goes from end to end without any problems and all controls operate as they should. Meter does not stick. Adjusts to zero and line adjust is perfect. As you can see in the pictures the test results of a 6V6GT in my Amplitrex AT-100 testing at 4.480 on the Gm. Then I show it testing in this 752A at 1,120. This is in the X4 range so 1,120 time 4 = 4,480. This tester is dead on. The face has a few mars on it but nothing serious and has really nice print. The case shows it age somewhat but is a very solid case. I have taken all kinds of pictures so you can judge physical condition for yourself. All in all. A very nice tester. Comes with printed test data books and a CDrom with foreign. Obsolete and general test data, manual and other information on it. Up for sale is a later model emission tube tester that includes sockets and test data for Compactron. Novar and most other recent vacuum tubes. This tester can test many audio and transmitter(sweep) tubes. Comes complete with an assembly manual, schematic and two test data charts. Also included is an"as-built" schematic which is a little different from the one included in the assembly manual. The tester is in good to very good condition(see pictures) and works as designed. All sockets. Controls and transformer voltages have been tested, and the line setting has been calibrated. The CTI TC-20 is designed just like the Heathkit IT-17& IT-21 series of tube testers, and the test data charts are interchangeable between them. The TC-20 has the following sockets: Octal Loctal Miniature 7& 9 pin(the 9 pin socket is actually a 9+1 ... moreB10G type that can accept 10-pin tubes such as the 6C9) Nuvistor Novar(9-pin Compactron type) Compactron(12 pin) Most tubes with the above socket types can be tested with this unit. There is a calibration sticker on it but I can not make out the date. See picture. Calibration date looks like 1087 or 1097 but I cannot be sure. Sencore MU 140 Tube Tester works well in VG-EX condition
This Sencore tube tester is in pretty good shape and is fully functional. Everything works and the tester seems to be accurate. Even though I have not calibrated it. Cosmetically the tester is in Very Good shape. The case is in excellent shape with some marks. The most serious flaw is that the previous owner tried to clean the faceplate with an abrasive cleaner and managed to wipe off some numerals from one of the center setting dials(see photos) I don't see this a problem as there were only three or four figures erased-any user can figure what the settings are without the numbers. You can see from the photos a small demonstration of the Sencore running a test on both a bad tube and a NOS tube. Included with the Sencore is the manual and the tube settings book. Here is a used vintage Hickok Model# 752 tube tester. Manufactured by The Hickok Electrical Instrument Company. Originaly purchased in 1959. Purchase includes an additional used paper tube sheet reel. Has a custom black hinged case with rear storage compartment. Front handle, and 2-latches on front; has metal protective pieces on all corners. Approximate measurements of the case: 18-1/2" x 17" x 7-1/4" some dings, but for the age, pretty good condition. Approximate weight is about 22 pounds Designed to be used using 115-Volts AC at 50-60 Hz. Serial number under the handle reads: 241 10138 Included with the tester are a couple of small adapter cables. I'm not sure what these are used for. The instruction manual is not included. Unit turns on and lights up. But since I have no way of testing it is Sold AS-IS

Precision Model Series 912 Tube Tester
Offered is an as found vintage tube tester. I plugged it in and the needle moves and the device lights up. I have no way of knowing if it will test tubes or not. The dove tailed box shows wear and the handle has been replaced with wire. The roller for the paper turns but there are tears to the paper on the left side. Also there are some missing knobs. Comes with some instruction papers. Also there are 3 tubes that were inside the box that will be included. I do not know if they are functional or not. One is an amperex ecl86/ 6gw8 and other one looks almost indentical but has no writing. The third is a sylvania 1h.

This is 1940's- 1950's Jackson Model 648A dynamic plate conductance tube tester. This tube tester was made by The Jackson Electrical Instrument Co. of Dayton. Ohio. This is a portable instrument housed in a wooden box covered with a now-tattered covering. The box measures 16.5 inches wide, 13.5 inches deep and 6 inches high with the top closed. It is powered by regular household current with voltage ranging from 100 to 125 volts. The tester can test most 4, 5, 6, 7, octal 8, loctal 8, Noval, 9, miniature 7, and sub-miniature 7 and 8 pin tubes of the 1930's era and later. A roller tube chart list of tubes it can test is built in to the lower portion of the front panel. Powers up and lights work, no other testing done. As-Is but guaranteed not to be DOA.

This is one of the well respected Hickok 750 tube tester that is working and testing tubes but not certain of need for calibration or service. The tester panel is in nice shape and all controls seen to work well and smoothly. The case shows use and is soiled and somewhat worn. One latch is broken and case hardware has some surface rust that should be cleaned off at some point. case should clean up fairly well with some leather cleaner. I am selling as a tester that will power up and test tubes but not a guarantee of exact accuracy or that every function is accurate. In other words I would have it serviced and claibrated. Untitled Document This is a great tube tester for a number of reasons. First. Because it will test almost every tube ever made. Second, the roll chart has just about every tube on it so you don’t need a separate book. Third it just looks cool. I have tested it with a number of tubes that I have tested out on another meter and the tests all show out true. There is one minor issue though, the“read meter” button could use a little deoxidizing as you have to push it just right to read true. Not a big deal and fully functional without any work but I didn’t open it up as I assume that if you are getting this you probably work on gear yourself so you’ll probably want to open it up yourself anyway. US Military TV-7/U Tube Tester Supreme Inc. with Accessories Working
This auction is for a 1953 U.S. Army and Air Force TV-7/U vacuum tube tester. It was made by Supreme Incorporated and includes several accessories. The tester is in good condition and has been tested as working. It should probably be calibrated as most older pieces of test equipment. I tested the unit with several known good tubes and the tester worked. All of the switches. Knobs, dials. And buttons work. The tester also includes three adapter sockets and the tube data booklet. The only flaws I could find is some hardening of the rubber gasket. Some wear to the outside painted finish. And the missing handle. We can ship this item internationally.
