This is a vintage tube tester by Superior Instruments from New York. It is from late 1950s. Housed in a wood case and comes with papers as shown. It is in a good condition. Hand written notes were taped inside the case by a previous owner. Electric power plug was taped by previous owner and needs to be replaced. The plastic meter cover has several small cracks at the sides and bottom. But this does not affect meter operation. Wood box in good condition with some small nicks and scratches. Vintage Superior Tube Tester. Model# TW-11. Works great! Comes with instruction manual and 2 supplement tube test set up data manuals. Also has a built in roll chart for tube test set-up. Test sockets for: 4, 5, 6, 7 pin early type tubes, 8 pin octal and loctal tubes and 7, 9 pin miniature tubes. All switches, controls and sockets were cleaned, new roll chart window, some circuit parts replaced. Great for testing amplifier, audio, hi/fi, stereo, radio and tv tubes. Nice oak case. Shows a little age but is in overall very good condition. Very useful tester with a lot of excellent features and options.
