This an ACM case. I know they makes cases for instruments to electronics to guns. I have no idea which this is for. I guess you could make it into a case for anything that would fit in it with the proper foam molding for the item you want to protect. It is used gut in very good shape. With the Hewlett 5210A Frequency Meter/FM Discriminator you can easily directly measure the frequency or repetition rate of signals from 3Hz to 10MHz. Independent of input voltage waveform. A sensitivity control allows for measurement of noisy signals. The special log linear scale offers an accuracy of 1% of reading from 10% of full scale up. The 5210A is also a wide band highly linear FM discriminator with a 3 dB output bandwidth of better than 1MHz for precise measurement on FM and PM signals. With output filters frequency deviation, modulation index, frequency response, distortion, incidental FM, and FM noise can be determined as well as"flutter" and"wow" to better than 100 dB below carrier frequency. Up for auction is a Victoreen Model Cg 50 LS Jordan Electronics Instrument. I know nothing of this other than it came from an estate sale where there were refurbished Geiger counters everywhere. In effort to acquire just one counter this came in the same box. The canister is 11 1/2 inches long and diameter is 4 inches. Insides are shown in picture 4 that shows another canister inside with a circuit with a tube type socket attachment that connects the the inter canister to the outer. in total the weight is exactly 3 lbs. This comes from a local estate where it had been used on their boat. I was told it was complete but please check the photos as we know very little about these. Everything you see appears to be in fine condition. I was told this instrument was very expensive when purchased new. Very similar to the better known Bendix instruments. We could not find much info about Bristol Electronics but using Google we found it dates from the mid 1970's era and the company had a great story of being retaliated by the US Army for cooperating in a congressional investigation!

Featuring everything you need for great tone without the extra cosmetic bling that adds to the price.
