This is a vintage General Electric clamp-on a m meter and voltmeter with a rotating scale in working used condition. It comes with its original leather case in somewhat rough shape but serviceable. The leads have been soldered to the base of the meter- don't know if this was original or a modification. But have just tested them and they do function. This is a heavy duty piece of equipment. Up for auction is a vintage Weston AC amp meter with 100 amps full scale. It is a model number 156 with serial number 58413. I used a AA battery to test it and it did deflect the needle but do not know about the calibration. This meter has Patent dates of June 1892. July 1894 and April 1913. The face Measures approx. 6 1/2" across and the back flange is approx. 7 1/4.
