A wee bit dusty the meter is in very good shape. I see no cracks or chips. Glass intact. I took the back off and took photos. It did have a C Battery but I was unsure how to even test it so its AS IS. Has the red and black cords too. Box in okay shape.some shelf wear.the leather handle is cracked on the surface from being dry. Still secure. Pamplet in good shape. Nice color. Clean pages. This is a great old piece of electronic testing equipment. I've never seen one better. It was made by"Weston Electrical Instrument Corp. Newark, NJ, USA. The plaque on the front also lists Patent Dates ranging from Nov 6 1888 to July 16 1901. It is Model 45 and No. 60169. According to the Certification card inside, it was last inspected for service on March 24, 1950. Nearly"perfect" With just a couple scratches to the oak cabinet. Inside is practically mint. This has obviously seen very little use. It measures 8" wide, 11: high, 5" deep, and weighs about 11 pounds. The handle and all the hardware/bumpers are like new. The side tag reads"M-1206-1-0-750MA DC" Again, this piece is nearly flawless. Low starting bid, and no reserve!

Weston Electrical Instrument Corp Model 931 milliammeter 0-1500mA/0-150mA/0-15mA
This ammeter is in good physical condition. The four feet that used to be on the back of the unit are gone. The ones on the bottom are present. I have no way of calibrating an ammeter. Which would require a calibrated current source(I do not have one) I assume the unit is in good order. It's been opened to calibrate it in the past. There is a stamp on the side(see pics) The handle is solid, but the finish is cracking(not unusual for something this old) The unit tests 0-15 mA; 0-150 mA and 0-1500 mA. Which will cover the majority of electronics needs. These are excellent for applications where you have to match tubes exactly. The Hickok 752 has a provision for a cathode resistor(self-bias) These units will show how much current is flowing versus grid voltage. You can even plot your own curves with something like this. The meter has not been fully tested but was given a detailed inspection. The glass lens on the meter is in tact with no major scratches or cracks. The“zero adjust” knob is missing but the remaining knobs on front are present and turns smoothly. The needle on the scale bounces and moves smoothly. The end of the power cord has been cut off. Two test leads are present. This unit contains five tubes. All five tubes were removed. Tested and reinstalled( 1ea OD3-strong, 1ea 6X5-strong, 1ea GX5GT-strong, 1ea 6SN7GTB-strong and 1ea 6SJ7GT-strong) Some surface rust and chipping paint present but nothing major. This old Volt meter actually works. I have had this for a long time. It comes in an old wooden box that is a little beat up. But the box has protected the VOM. The black lead is original. The red lead has been modified. Different ends but the wire is original. The original red collar is included. It is 4 inches long. Very old tube VOM. It has 5 tubes and while pilot comes on I can't tell if it works for sure but from what I can tell it doesn't. I tried to get it to test a 9volt battery but to no avail. The glass is cracked and as you can see. There is lots of rusting. The zero adjust knob turns but the actual pot is stuck and does not rotate. This could be a restoration piece or parts.
