Vintage / Antique Sensitive Research Single Phase Low Power Factor Wattmeter
This device is in good physical condition except one of the hinge screws is non-original and the wood veneer chipped off around the other hinge but was glued back. It came from the laboratory of a factory and hasn't been used in years. I have no way to tell you if it is working or not. But I have no reason to beleive it isn't. Polyranger Volts-Milliamperes Meter made in Mount Vernon, NY. The unit measures about 6 1/2" x 5" x 3" It has an all black Bakelite case and knobs. There is a large graduated scale from 0 to 750 volts and 0 to 100 milliamperes measured on a mirrored surface under the needle. All the knobs and screw down connectors are present. Also included is a custom made wooden box painted grey to store and protect the meter. This meter is being sold as a collectable and no claim is being made about its functioning. Sensitive Research Instrument Corp -- Vintage Low Power Factor Watt Meter
Pictures are probably worth a 1000 words. This instrument was used in labs at Barnes Engineering from the Early 1960's until about 1981. I do not have the means to test the unit. It has diamond pivoted meter movements and NBS traceability It is sold as is but I can see no indication it has been abused. It is spotless and has been stored inside since it was replaced with a newer unit in 1981. Look over the photos and let me know if you have any questions.

Vintage SENSITIVE RESEARCH D.C. Microampere Meter
This is an interesting instrument. Found at the estate of a machinist/ electrical engineer. Probably from the late 50's early 60's. SENSITIVE RESEARCH Instrument company. Mount Vernon. New York. Capable of measuring 0-500, and 0-1000. Three terminal screws on back of meter. The back of the meter has 2 chips out of the bakelite housing. Some tape or sticker material on the lower left front, which can easily be removed. The glass appears to be intact. No cracks. We have no way of testing this instrument so we cannot attest to its proper function or accuracy. The needle bobs and settles at'0' There is also a correction screw that seems to function properly.
