All components appear complete and intact, there is, however, some corrosion on the battery terminals. To restore, or will at least provide some excellent parts for another project. Unfortunately, I do not have the knowledge or connections to test the item to see if it is in working order so the item is being sold"as is" There are a few small defects(missing screw on the plastic cover, crack in the plastic cover, missing plate on the back) but overall I see no reason why it would not be in working order or could not be restored to working order with little effort. The battery connections are not corroded and all knobs are present and in working order. The item is solid and relatively heavy. It measures 8" long by 6" wide. Metal bail handle.
