Antique WESTON D.C. Voltmeter Model 1, 1913 Direct Current Rare
This is a weston dc voltmeter model 1 in original wood box. This voltmeter was calibrated in 1913. The patent dates range from 11-6-1888 to 6-16-1901. I did not test this. As I do not know how to test it and did not want to break it messing with it. This is exactly how I got it. This voltmeter is very old and is a bit rough. The glass is dirty on the inside and it has a lot of wear and use. The box is splitting and missing a part. Please look at pictures closely. I combine shipping so be sure to check my other listings. This is an antique electrical test instrument. Made by the Weston Electrical Instrument Co. This is a Direct Current Voltmeter. This is a working instrument in very good condition. It comes with a leather case that has a leather handle which is in very good condition. The clasp does not work but it would if you had a key and there is no key. It comes with a certificate of ownership which is dated April 1944. There are no leads with the meter. Please see pictures for details and conditon. Great piece for a collection! This came out of the Estate of a NASA Aerospace Engineer who worked in the Launch Control Room at Cape Kennedy.
