This is one classic vintage W. A. Welch Scientific Company D.C. Milliamperes Meter that is in what I would call almost new condition. I am not even sure that it has ever been used. This meter has not been tested. I acquired it with a lot of test equipment and it was packed very carefully and secure in a large wood box.
