This is a Lab Volt solid state volt ohm meter in good condition. It is made by the Buck Engineering Company and is model# 700B. It measure 11" wide x 6_3/4" tall x 6" deep. I purchased this from a school auction. And this item was deemed surplus. I was told that it does work. Please email me with any questions, and I will try to answer them the best I can.
