The clamp portion is made of a cast metal frame and laminated steel jaws with a heavy black wrinkle finish paint. The handle is made of bakelite. The meters measure 50 Amps and 200 Amps respectively. They will measure AC as well as DC current. The meter cases are made of heavy black bakelite. The clamp has a serial number of: C-61485. The 50 Amp module: 31477C, and the 200 Amp module: C-G1485. It has come from an estate of similar era meters and test equipment(see our other eBay items) The AC/DC Volt- VOLTS-METER has a dual wattage range of 0-1000 and 0-5000 AC/DC watts and a dual voltage range of 0-130 and 0-260 AC/DC volts. Crack in Bakelite at upper right of panel at +/ terminal has no effect on the instrument. Some scratches on the box. Leather on handle is strong but outer layers flaking. Wt is 11 lbs 6 oz.
