RS 258-748 3.5-digit LED Voltmeter Module This is a cased panel meter module with integrated bezel. Designed to snap-fit into a panel. It was removed from a working piece of lab equipment and I always meant to use it for something, but there are too many projects and too little time! The unit requires a single +5Vdc power supply and has a basic range of +/1.999V. This can be modified to whatever you like by adding an external attenuator. I have briefly tested the module- it powers up fine and displays zero(see photo) with the input connected to ground. Whilst applying a small voltage gives a display which agrees with my multimeter. This is a small lot of 3 Weston Electric meters. I have no way of testing these meter but they do appear to be in good condition with no dents. Dings, chips, cracks, or rust, but there are some scuffs and scratches from use. The smallest meter marked U.S.N. TYPE CV-22427 ZERO POWER LEVEL 6 MW. 600 OHMS. MODEL 506 has a diameter of 2 11/16" across the face. The other gauge marked MILLIAMPERES D.C. MODEL 616 no. 2897 measures 3 1/4" across the face. The last gauge is marked WESTON VOLTMETER MODEL 301 NO. 319095 and measures 3 1/4" across the face. These would also work great for an industrial or steam punk style art project.
