This is real nice original WEBSTER MAGNETO BRACKET 303M1 for a 1 1/2. 1 3/4,or 2 hp HERCULES or ECONOMY hit and miss engine. Nice looking bracket. Points look great. Moveble point moves freely and I dont feel any play. Roller wheel rolls nicely and doesnt have any wear spots in it. Has the original wire clip and oil cup. Spring on the timing lever seems a little weak but everything else is really nice. I removed it from a running engine and it worked excellent and doesnt leak any compression. No cracks. You are bidding on a very nice single bar brass Webster magneto. It is missing one spring. And the magnet. I've had probably over 20 magnets the last few years, of course I don't have one now, but they are easy to find at any good size engine swap meet, or here on ebay. The mag is in excellent shape other than that. These single bar brass websters are hard to find, and this one is in great, umolested original shape. Also, I'm throwing in a Hercules/Economy 1 1/2, and 1 3/4hp Webster bracket, 303M1. Somebody has spark plugged it, but all you would need to do it screw a pipe plug into it tight, grind flush, maybe build up the back a bit and machine your holes. NO welds or other damage to the bracket. Very easy hour of work for an amateur machinist, and you'll have a nice bracket, all you need is the stationary and movable electrodes, ... morehard to find them unwelded. Wico EK magneto points bracket and mag trip
Up for sale is a points bracket and trip for a Wico EK magneto. The trip mechanism works fine with the points bracket. One screw had to be drilled out of the points bracket and the hole is slightly enlongated(see picture 2) but the screw will still hold the magneto together. Very hard to find Webster magneto and igniter bracket for the IHC Famous or Titan 6.8,10 HP antique stationary gas engine. Webster magneto is the large J type mag and is the Poldlesak model. Mag is complete with tag on cover and is very hot. Bracket is loose with no welds 393J1 but has a bolt hole slotted and will need a roller and a little work. Igniter does have a bright blue spark at the points when magneto I tripped. Magneto will clean up beautifully and is all original. Sold as is

A very rare charter gas engine company from Sterling Illinois Webster magneto and igniter bracket. Bracket part number 303J92. This will fit many of the early charter antique stationary gasoline motors. Unique Webster bracket mounts 90 degrees to magneto. This is an original wico ek magneto BRACKET and TRIP FINGER. I think they came off of a type 2 MASSEY HARRIS engine. Trip finger will work on other engines. Nothing special but should be some usable parts there. I can see some braze on the back of trip finger bracket but everything is covered with heavy grease. A very hard to find igniter bracket and wizard magneto for Root and VanderVort antique stationary gas engine. Mag fits most styles. Magneto will need rebuilding but is fairly complete. The bracket is in great condition, very little wear in the movable electrode and no cracks breaks or welds. Even has the correct, hard to find priming cup and a new return spring. You are bidding on a nice Webster magneto bracket for a 3-12hp Field Brundage engine. Most often tagged Sattley. This has a 2 x 2" bolt spacing. It is stuck, but judging by the traces of original paint, I don't think it will be hard to free up. There is one small crack on one of the supports, which should be easy to weld. I wasn't told about the crack when I bought it, so my loss is your gain. Other than the crack, it's in great shape, just needs a little tlc to free it up.
