Old Original International Harvester Mogul Kerosene Tractors Sign Hit Miss NICE!
I don't use the term very often but this is a very rare original sign advertising International Harvester Mogul Kerosene Tractors. It measures about 13 3/4 x 19 7/8 inches. It is stamped steel with raised letters and is 100% original. It has a few extra holes in it. A notch in the lower right corner, and some light scratches and creasing from it's years of service but still displays very proudly with great color. It was made by the Cross Press and Sign Company in Chicago. It came from a dealer in Hamlet, Indiana, many years ago. It would be a fantastic addition to your early IHC advertising collection especially if you have an early Mogul tractor! Certain elusive pieces like this rarely come up for sale and are usually traded between collectors without any public exposure and there's a good chance that this is a once in a lifetime ... moreopportunity. There are only a few things that have escalated in value more than good original advertising signs in the past few years and the trend is likely to continue. An early IHC tractor sign recently sold here on Ebay for about $4500 so don't miss your chance on this one. International Harvester original hit and miss Tom Thumb tool box to rebuild/pat
This over 100 year old IHC Tom Thumb battery and coil box came off an original engine set up. A new one was built off this box using it as a pattern. It shows where the switch was mounted and where the wires exited the box running to the engine. I cannot see it going into the fireplace when it can be made to work or used to build a new one. International Harvester IH M hit and miss engine oiler
Old original oiler for an IHC Model M engine I believe. It's in good overall condition. The upper glass has a chip but does not look like it would leak oil or otherwise affect the oiler's functionality. There are a few wrench marks on the hex and a few dings here and there but all in all it's nice for +/ 100 year old oiler. Please look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I would say it's a#3 oiler. About identical in size to a#3 Lunkenheimer Sentinel. The pipe threads are 3/8 inch npt and are in good condition. The check ball is intact even though it isn't visible in the photo. Please check the description and the pictures carefully before you bid and decide for yourself. Questions welcome. Nice Original International Harvester Steel Pony Corn Sheller Hit Miss Engine
This is a pretty nice original International Harvester steel one-hole Pony corn sheller. This corn sheller has a timeless look to it and was a cornerstone of IHC's corn sheller line. It is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has very mild wear in the bearings and everything works as it should. It has the original hand crank and bottle cap style ear tray on it. It turns over nicely and shells corn great. Some people also use these to crack walnuts and they work great for that, too. It if fresh from a Wisconsin dairy barn where it lived for decades and has some original paint and decals on it yet. This would look great being run by a hit and miss engine at the shows! Original International Harvester Steel Pony Corn Sheller Nubber Hit Miss Engine
This is a very hard to find ear"nubber" for an International Harvester steel Pony corn sheller. These were used to clean the ends of the ears or cobs when the sheller didn't get those kernels. It is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. These were options on these shellers and you hardly ever find one with one on it. It fits on a 15/16 inch shaft and has a part number of 2285A. The slotted set screw is loose and this nubber is ready to be used on a sheller. This is an extremely hard to find original advertising sales poster for the International Harvester Type M engines. Unfolded it measures about 18 x 24 inches. It is in excellent original condition with no tears and only very minor wear. It shows the various features of the engines along with a few working photos of them. It covers all sizes. The 1 1/2, 3, 6, and 10hp's. It is very bright on the front side and would look great framed and displayed with your engines in your building or at the shows. I don't imagine there's many of these that survived the wood stove back in the day and they're certainly MUCH harder to find than the engines! The pictures tell the story. This is a VERY high quality reproduction catalog that was printed in 1977 of the International Harvester Company's Famous and Titan gas engines. It measures about 7 3/4 x 9 1/2 inches and has 48 pages. It covers all of the models. Sizes, variations, attachments, clutch pulleys, and accessories for these engines in great detail. It even shows the Type A, B, and C tractors in it. It is jam packed full of information and would look good displayed with your engine at the shows. This catalog has been out of print for nearly 40 years and it has all the information that the originals did but it sure beats the $300 price that they command. The pictures tell the story. Original International Harvester IHC Famous Titan Mogul Hit Miss Engine Oil Can
This is a rather hard to find original International Harvster oil can. It is marked in raised letters around the shoulder of the can and it is in excellent original condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. It stands about 7 1/2 inches tall and is even nice and clean inside. There are a few small dings around the top shoulder of the can but these are just enough to give it authentic character and can clearly be seen in the pictures. I believe these oil cans were factory equipment with all of the Famous, Titan, and Mogul engines and likely with other IHC equipment. They don't turn up very often in the wild and would be a nice addition to your toolbox on your engine or your IHC memorabilia collection or display. The pictures tell the story. You'll like it. Very hard to find Webster magneto and igniter bracket for the IHC Famous or Titan 6.8,10 HP antique stationary gas engine. Webster magneto is the large J type mag and is the Poldlesak model. Mag is complete with tag on cover and is very hot. Bracket is loose with no welds 393J1 but has a bolt hole slotted and will need a roller and a little work. Igniter does have a bright blue spark at the points when magneto I tripped. Magneto will clean up beautifully and is all original. Sold as is
