The pictures do not do justice to this beaut! It is truly a treasure for any fishing collector! I have absolutely no clue as to the actual value of this item. So I am just listing a price that I would like for it and accepting offers on it. This is a NICE Browning Silaflex Spinning Fishing Rod Model 142960 Made in U.S.A. This rod would be great for the larger sized fish as it has a nice action at the end(you can tell you are playing a fish) and strong enough throughout to power in the big ones. Found this one in an estate and it looks hardly used with a real nice appearance. This is a high quality- one piece rod- that measures 7’ long. Mechanically. It is in great shape with seven excellent guides and hook keeper and a very nice reel seat and cork handle. Although it looks hardly used, the third and fourth guide wraps down from the tip are showing a little fraying and some thread missing, so a minor touch up will be needed in this area.
