This is a Eagle Claw"Trailmaster" fly rod/ spinning rod combination. Put out by the Wright Mcgill CO. Denver Colorado. This is a six piece rod, when all together it measures 6' 9" 206cm) The rod looks like it was used very little, it has a couple tiny nicks on the metal of the base portion of the rod, the handle. There is a soft cloth pouch with a partition for the different pieces. And a nice aluminum case with a water tight screw on cap. The aluminum case measures 15" end to end and is 2 3/4" in diameter. This is a nice set and as the name implies it would be great for packing in, it can be attached to a back pack or with a thong around your shoulder, the thong, or string is missing, but easily replaced. Shipping and insurance will be $10.00 in the USA.

Very clean six piece bamboo fishing rod. Spin-fly combination rod, made in Tokyo Japan. Rod comes in its original two piece wooden box. Box measures 18.5 inches long. Rod handle has rubber stopper in opposite end depending on fly/spin fishing type at the time. Each section is aboutn 16 3/4 inches, so I assume this is a 7ft rod when the 5 pieces are together. Two tips one with small fly rod guides and one with larger spin guides. Looking at the rod I guess 4 pieces used when spin fishing. Very clean rod, black with red Aqua Rod label. All guides good and tight, some unwinding of the thread on the base section. Looks like it might have been used once or twice. Much of the original tackle that came in the top of box is still here. One part with a bobber and hand line is unopened. Four flies and two small cork or wood bobbers also present. Nice ... moredisplay piece, or this pack size rod could be used. Auction is for a Vintage Fenwick Model SF74-4 4 Piece Voyager Pack/Travel Spinning Rod or Fly Rod Fishing Rod. A nice old rod that shows some signs of use but is in nice used condition. The rod is a 7' Model SF74-4 3 7/8 oz. rod featuring the Fenwick Feraite"Twist on Twist off" sections. Rod was designed for AFTMA Fly Line No.6 and 3-6# line for the spinning rod using 1/8 to 3/8 oz. lures. Each rod section measures approx. 22 1/2" long. The rod is nice but is missing the black butt cap. The label showing serial# I 17223 is coming off at the edges and a couple of the wire eyes are a little misshaped. A neat and nice ol' used Fenwick pack rod. See pictures for condition and bid with confidence!

A very good 4 piece combination pack rod that I have used myself. Labeled No. M4TMU-7 1/2 Line size 7 and MiNi Ferrules The cork handle shows wear. The round emblem on the cork is missing. I see no defects on the fiberglass. Windings and the line guides. This is a proven excellent rod from the 70's. Good aluminum case& sock. The sock in the picture is a little short. So a longer one is replacing it.

Gorgeous Red Reel Seat Vintage Eagle Claw Graphite Trailmaster 6 piece Pack rod Spinning/fly rod Combination No ZL601 6ft 9 inch(206cm) Lin Size 4-10. F7 Lure Wt. 1/8- 1/2 oz This rod is in excellent condition. All line guides are intact. The cork is clean and ungouged. The red reel seat is. clean and nearly mint with only a few nicks to the very bottom edge adjacent to the butt end cap. These are noticeable only upon close inspection. The metal cup on the butt end of the upper cork section is split(see pic) I believe that this could be easily replaced. Also in the last pic approx 1/2 inch to the left of the feet of the flying eagle logo is a 1/4 inch scuff to the gloss of the rod. This is the only noticeable scuff on the entire rod. Incluses original yellow rod bag and aluminium case. The case has a few small dents and scuffs.

Vintage 5 Piece Bamboo Spin/fly Combo rod in Wooden box/Japan/Valiant/Clean!
A neat old 5 piece bamboo fishing rod. Made in Japan, for the collector or fishing enthusiast. Brand on the rod is Valiant. Nice label with mount Fuji I believe. 8 ft. rod when put together. Fly rod has two tips and a third tip for spin fishing. Box is dirty and the Valiant label is mostly gone. Hinges need to be nailed back on the back side. The clasp on the front side still in place and keep it closed. Top or lid of the box doubles as a tackle and fly box. The original bobber, hand line, and three flies are still in place. The bobber is sealed and marked Valiant also. One winding is coming undone near the cork. All other thread windings look good and solid. All the tips are present and correct. Wraps and eyes appear to be original, straight and intact. Comes with original sock, that shows some wear but is definitely functional and original aluminum tube with both the end bumpers. Overall the rod is in excellent condition and does not appear to have been used very much at all. Vintage FENWICK Model SF75-5 5-piece Travel Combo Spin/Fly Rod
Up for auction here is a vintage Fenwick Voyageur combination spinning and fly travel rod in five pieces(model SF75-5) Complete with a cloth rod sleeve and a sturdy aluminum storage tube with a screw top. The rod is 7 ½ feet long, weighs 4 1/8 ounces and is designed for a#6 fly line or spin lures from 1/8 to 2/8 ounces on a mono line testing from 3 to 6 pounds. It has Fenwick’s“Feralite” ferrules, which to my knowledge were the first non-metal rod ferrules. The rod has a sliding reel seat for proper positioning of a spin or fly reel. The eye wraps are original. The overall condition of the rod is very good; there is some minor damage on the cork handle(see picture) The serial number on the rod is J124156. The green cloth rod sleeve has four sections. The case is about 23 ½ inches long; each rod section is about 19 ½ inches ... morelong. The rod will ship as a 2-pound package.
