The only issue i can find is that the Centrifuge DOES NOT POWER UP. I am not familar with this type of product and not sure why it does not power up-could be a fuse or something else not sure. So please be familar with the product when purchasing. The unit does come with a power cord. I also noticed when i tilted the unit back to get a photo of the bottom plate for information it leaked out the back what appeared to be oil. I cleaned it up-but wanted you to beaware that when we ship the unit out we will put it in a platic bag to help protect it. You are bidding on a Kendro/ Sorvall Biofuge Pico with Rotor in good working condition(Other than one simple-to-fix issue) This rotor was used in a local lab until they upgraded to a newer one when their new budget came in The one issue with this unit is that. Due to not having been used for the past year or so, the mechanical door lock gets stuck The lock will need to be lubricated. As sometimes the door sticks open while other times it sticks closed. The door senses that it is open or closed correctly. And the open door button works, however, sometimes you will hear a buzz and nothing will happen(because the mechanical link is stuck) I could most likely do this before I ship the unit. However, if I don't have a chance, it's a fairly simple procedure. Other than this the centrifuge is in good working condition. And both spins up ... moreand brakes without issue.
