The lid prongs miss the slots where they are supposed to insert by about 1/2" Because I cannot close the lid. I cannot conduct any tests on the unit. The unit powers up and displays eppendorf information. As seen in photos. The plastic on the lid is cracked by the bent hinge and around the back up the side. About 6 inches, as seen in photos. The side of the centrifuge where the lid plastic is cracked is scraped. As seen in photos. The lid doesn't stay up when opened. Which means the gas spring device that is supposed to hold the lid up must be replaced. Also. Rubber foot pad under front left side of unit is missing. The unit did cool down to 0C and maintained that, not sure if this is an issue or normal operation. We then set the centrifuge to 600RPM and pressed start. It quickly spun up to speed. And ran for about 30 seconds or so. After that if gave an error and stopped. The errors were Fault: Bad Brake Monitor Circuit& Fault: Drive System Rail.
