This unit was acquired from a working environment and is in good condition cosmetically with only a few scratches on the the unit. This centrifuge was tested for power on ONLY but is being sold for parts/repair since it's missing the rotor and we can't test it properly. We did notice that the"vac" light stayed on even when the chamber door was closed. We did hear the vacuum come on/off when we wanted to open the chamber door. We're assuming the vacuum is working properly. Since when the chamber door is closed, it's not possible to open the door without depressing the door button. Also we only have 3 of the 4 feet. Please look at the photos. The unit powers-up, heats& cools successfully. Since the unit DOES NOT INCLUDE A ROTOR, I was unable to test the spindle operation whatsoever. The unit cooled from 22.5°C down to 0°C in about 25 minutes. Then it heated from 0°C up to about 40°C in about 10 minutes. This is the only testing that has been performed. Since I am unable to formally test it or verify functionality/calibration, I am obligated to list this unit as“Not Working” THIS SALE DOES NOT INCLUDE A POWER CORD.
