Fisher Scientific Centrifuge Up for auction is a Fisher Scientific Centrific model 228 Centrifuge. This piece of equipment is used. But is still in good physical condition. The surface of the unit has a couple very minor scuffs and scratches on it, but there is no major damage of any sort visible. The timer knob is missing. Upon opening the top. We could see that the inside of the device, as well as the rotor, are in great shape(please refer to pictures) We tested this unit. And it responded perfectly. The centrifuge takes power without problems, and when we set the timer, it began to spin very quickly. As it spins, we noticed that it doesn't shake at all, so the rotor is balanced very well.
