This is a very nice clean Hermle Z206A centrifuge. This does not have the rotor! This is for the case only. Seems to be in perfect working order. When plugged in the lid snaps closed and the display readies. I have included images of the centrifuge display as the motor gathers speed and is displayed. The only problem is"Error 14" which indicates the leap of speed is too big between measurements. I assume this is do to the lack of a rotor inside. Everything else is very nice and crisp. Offered at no reserve. This is an as-is auction and no returns unless I did not describe it truthfully. Then I will refund you completely. This will be sent via UPS and packed well. Not hot, no strange smells. So I would assume it to be ready for duty. Good physical condition as I think you can see in the pictures. The interior in particular is very clean. I would say excellent physical condition but I didn’t realize the blue stripe on the unit with the Hill Scientific logo was tape until I had already sliced into it trying to remove a“property of” sticker. Oops. So we will stick with just good. And the tape stuck back into place so the scar isn’t too terrible. Put your own“property of” decal over it and no one will every know. This is a single speed centrifuge. Comes with the sixteen inserts shown for the rotor. I guess so ... moreyou can spin even smaller microtubes. Scuffs, and residual marking tape adhesive on the housing. The item has been tested manual and all functions appear to be working as they should, although I did note that the timer seems to run a little slow. For example, one minute on the timer dial actually ran for 1:15 according to my watch, and 2 minutes on the dial actually ran for about 2:20, and so on.
