Up for auction is a Fisher HealthCare 642E Horizon Mini-E Clinical Centrifuge. Purchase includes 12 tubes(6 red. 6 green) and operator's manual. This unit appears to have come straight from the manufacturer. The original stickers and packaging seem to all be intact. There are little to no scratches on this unit or any accessories, and overall is in excellent shape. The unit powers on when plugged in. And all buttons respond to testing. When the'Start' button is pressed, the rotor spins for approximately 10 minutes before finishing its cycle. We cannot be sure this unit is in 100% working condition, due to lack of equipment and expertise. Drucker Model: 642B I am not knowledgeable on this equipment. We are a computer shop and your guess is as good as mine as to why we have it. It came in with other computer equipment. I don't know the proper operation of the device. If it works or is broken. It spins when you close the door and start timer. It makes a racket when it first starts up. But then gets quiet. I took a video. Centrifuge makes a racket when first starting up. Then OK.
