Up for sale is a used Kendro Heraeus 2004 Multifuge 3L-R Refrigerated Centrifuge with 5850 RPM Rotor as can be seen in the pictures. This unit was acquired from a working environment and is in good condition cosmetically and functionally. However, it's sold as-is, as described. We ran several tests on this unit and the centrifuge operated smoothly and quietly. What I was able to observe while testing the centrifuge is that the lcd appears to be faint for some segments and also the thermostat maybe isn't working properly. Since when I programmed the centrifuge to cool down to-4 degrees celsius, I was able to get frost in the chamber but the display was only indicating a temperature of only positive 8 degrees celsius after 15 minutes.
