Essex Hot Air Engine, Vintage Stirling, Stationary Engine
I am offering a vintage and rare Essex hot air engine. These engines were used to drive store displays. Peanut roasters and dentists tools(so I have read) Stamped on top is"ESSEX PAT MCH 24 1903. It is mounted on a crudely cut piece of wood with a hole for applying heat to the furnace. Some of the furnace insulation is missing and as you can see from the photo, the furnace wall has rusted through in a couple of locations. Otherwise, the engine is in very original condition and runs great. You can see it run at using a propane torch for heat. These engines may have come with a small kerosene container and heat source. This motor does NOT have that feature. The motor with board weighs 14lb and is approximately 20" long and has a 6" flywheel. Let me know if you have any questions. Witte 12HP Dieselectric Stationary Engine Hit Miss
You are Bidding on a Witte Dieselectric 12HP Oil Field engine. It is a Model MD Serial Number D17013. I had this running briefly a couple years ago by injecting fuel in the breather. What a beast! Unfortunately over the winter the plug allowed snow to build in the hopper. Melt and then freeze, cracking the head. I don't have pictures of the cracks at this time but I will try to add them soon. I don't think they would be to hard to weld and I haven't taken the time to look for a new head. The engine is on a home made trailer as seen in the pictures. Trailer has 2 Bulldog Jacks and a 2" hitch. Lights probably need rewired. I wanted this to be the center of my collection but I dont forsee having the time or money any time soon so it needs to go. 1913 Sandow Tulip Top 2 Cycle Stationary Engine
Here we have 1913 Sandow stationary 2 cycle engine. According to Wendel's book it is 2 1/2 HP. It uses fuel injection instead of a carburetor, and the fuel system is all there except for a gas tank. It turns over and is complete except for the oilers and a grease cup, but those are easily found. It does have an old patch on the bottom of the crankcase, but it is an old one and it looks like it has been run after it was done. Otherwise it has no other cracks, breaks, or repairs to it. The bearings feel good and snug, the timer is all there and looks to be in good condition. All it needs are the oilers, a grease cup, and some skids and a gas tank to run! I have a previously refurbished carb for a 6 hp IHC"M" engine. It is the two needle kero carb. Suitable for the early ignitor engines.The start-run valve moves and has a new brass handle brazed on. The drain and gas fill plugs have been remanned, I'm sure. The choke plate is also a shop built replacement. Duro Stationary Engine
For sale I have a Duro Pump engine which runs well for its age. This engine is a later duro throttle govern type which has no mixture adjustment on the carburetor. It is regulated with the choke lever. This engine has a larger fuel tank and has a dipstick where as the eariler duros did not. I put new rings in it yesterday but I think I might of put too much oil in it because in the video it smokes slightly. You can see the engine running here. I had the engine on a skid for display purposes so the skid is not included. The buzz coil comes with the engine which will be shipped in a wooden box so it will not get damaged during shipping.

Fairbanks Morse Oilfield engine 12 Volt Friction Starter stationary
This is for starting Fairbanks Morse or other stationary flywheel engines. I am not really sure how it would attach but the rubber wheel presses up against the flywheel. Stover Duro antique stationary gas engine with rare Wico magneto. teens-1920s
this has been on display for several years in the Scrapologist Museum. And now has been replaced with a new purchase. Stover Duro gas antique engine with Wico magneto. The Duro's with the magneto are quite few and far between. Turns over with good compression, weak spark, service needed. I did test the coils and the condenser. Both tested good) nothing broken or repaired. When it was apart the fuel pipe was found it the bottom the the tank. This is what took it out of service. Many of these were used as pump engines, I have also heard that some were sold to National sewing machine to run their equipment. I am sure there were many other uses. No broken fins. No I have not run this engine. it ruins the paint. I will plywood crate it. I will Use Fastenal. They only ship terminal to terminal. You will need to search for the store closest ... moreto you and pick it up there. I am guessing at the vintage at 1915 to 1920. This is one of the most complete I have every seen. ANTIQUE STATIONARY ONE LUNGER ENGINE VISIBLE ROCKERS RUNS
This is a one lunger visible rocker or valve stationary engine. I don't know who made it but it is in very good condition and it runs. The engine has great compression and it takes a very hard pull to get it started. It has a flat belt drive or a drive for a V belt. I have no idea who made it but i'm sure someone out there does. This is a heavy motor that weighs about 60 lbs. I will ship anyway you like but would prefer Greyhound bus. I will only charge for ACTUAL shipping costs. Genuine Lister VA 8-1 Start o Matic Stationary Diesel Engine and Generator set
A very rare and complete all original 8hp Lister VA power generation set. This unit is essentially a CS model with a different cylinder and head. It's primary difference is that it is air cooled instead of needing a water tank. The generator develops 220v 50hz single phase AC and DC power for your workshop or battery bank. I have stripped this unit. Cleaned it up, and repaired any faults. This set runs great and works perfectly. It is very heavy at just under 1500lbs.
