This offering is for(1) reconditioned ASS#3259 Air Filter Assembly for the Maytag Multi Motor Single Cylinder Kick Start Engines. Wether its called a 92 or 31 or 32 or 19 11.111 or others it takes this air filter. Unless the engine is of the early production before 394000 The early one took a brass ring and screen filter. But after that number they took this cannister. There is a minor variation of this filter with out the set screw. We have them too. The reconditioned filter assemblies have all been carb cleaner dipped and soaked. Rinsed out and soaked again to ensure as much old crud is cleaned out as possible. Then prepped and painted. Nice running Associated Hired Man scale model hit & miss gas engine farm L@@K!!!
You are bidding on a very nice model of a 2 1/4hp Associated Hired Man engine. Flywheels are about 4 1/4" I haven't done much to it. But it does run good, as you can see in the video. This is not a cobbled together model, as you can see, it is very nice. Compression is good, although a little stiff after running. This hadn't run in about 15 or more years until this video was taken today. I'm sure with an hour or two of run time it will loosen up a bit. The engine is mounted on a very nice, well built set of skids, and an equally as nice wood platform, with a built in coil. For ignition, all you need to do is connect a drill battery, or any 6 volt battery you have. Take a good look at the pictures and watch the video. This is a really neat original sales catalog for the Raymond tractor built in Adrian. Michigan. It is NOS, new old stock, and has never been circulated. It measures about 6 x 9 inches with 24 pages. It covers all of the features of the tractor which could be used as a plow tractor or configured as a cultivator tractor. It used a Ford Model T engine and also shows how Model T axles could be used to make a farm wagon. This catalog is in EXCELLENT condition with hardly any noticeable wear at all. It would be a fine addition to your early tractor advertising collection. I'm not sure that there's any surviving Raymond tractors but here's a catalog for them! The pictures tell the story. Small model brass hit and miss gas engine with side shaft and flyball governor
This is a small hand made all brass. Air cooled hit and miss, side shaft, flyball governor, gas engine. The flywheel is 6 1/2 inch and quite thin 3/8 inch actually. It is sort of mounted on a walnut base not finished. It has great compression, spark plug in place I have never tried to fire it. Am going to 2 shows in the next 3 of weeks and can deliver for free, the WAPA event and Wellton, Az if that helps. Not sure what else I can say the builder was in the Midwest name unknown to me. This Atwater Kent 6 volt coil appears to be in nice condition but it has not been tested. It may be unused but it has paint loss from shelf wear. The mounting holes look like they might not have been used but I am not positive. The coil has a brass tag with the following information. Atwater Kent, Trade Mark, AK logo in a circle, Ignition Coil, Type N7, Volts 6, Phils, USA. The brown bakelite part looks to be in mint condition with no chips or cracks. GREAT RUNNING JOHN DEERE 1 1/2HP E SCALE MODEL ON TRUCKS HIT & MISS GAS ENGINE!!
You are bidding on a very high quality. Scale model of a 1 1/2hp John Deere E hit& miss engine. The engine is in fantastic shape and is mounted on a nice set of trucks. It has great compression and starts right up and will run all day. This is not an easy to build or simple model in any way. Many hours of work went into making one of these. Every part that the full size engine has, so does this one, including everything inside the crankcase. Even the gas tank is the curved tin, like the originals. It's totally complete, even has the muffler and tin pulley. Like any other model, the magneto obviously isn't functional but the detail on it is just incredible. The flywheels measure 6" The side cover even has the brass serial number tag, just like the real thing. Even the needle valve is totally correct to scale of the original. ... moreTake a look at the pictures and I'm sure you will agree, they don't get much better than this. I have seen these ignitor fired JD's advertised for upwards of $4,000. This auction is no reserve and it sells to the highest bidder. The man that owned this, took great pride in all of his models. Paul Breisch Lil Brother Ready to run model hit and miss engine!
Up for"Buy it now" is a Paul Breisch Lil Brother 1/4 scale Hit and miss model engine. I bought it used as a project and have finished up what I intended to do and it is now time to pass it on and move on to the next project. The entire engine was cleaned and checked and found to have low compression and a bent crankshaft. New rings made of Torlon were added. The crankshaft was straightened, carb(mixer) cleaned, valves cleaned and reseated, and it has been mounted to an aluminum base which will simplify keeping this a compact package with installing your ignition inside the base. The model comes with two extra sets of rings as well as the two installed. The flywheels are 4-1/4" The entire model on base is 12" and it is approx. 7" wide x 7" high. I had planned to repaint the engine but once cleaned up it didn't ... morelook bad and decided to keep it with its original paint. As I mentioned. You will need to add an ignition system as this engine comes without. They are available on the internet and usually cost $40.00 and up. This has been started, and ran for a short period of time but you will need to readjust things as you get your ignition system added. It was ran on gas, and also coleman camp fuel. Here is an affordable option to having one of these little gems. Without the hassle of building one from a kit which trust me, it is a LOT of work. I am currently building a Gade kit from castings, and there are many hours that go into a model engine. I will package this in a wooden box. Lined with packing material and then inside a cardboard box for shipping. It will also be insured.

It is self contained with ignition, battery; butane fuel tank, Compression is decent and the machining is nice. Antique International IH Model M Fuel Pump McCormick Deering Hit Miss Gas Engine
Nice original International McCormick Deering fuel pump in very good condition. This fuel pump will fit 1 1/2. 3 and 6 HP models. The body is in excellent shape with no cracks or repairs. The pot metal is very nice with no aging cracks. Threads are all good. The pump has the plunger, spring and packing keeper. Also has both check balls. The pump will need some cleaning. Witte Model B oil well engine not hit miss
For sale is a Witte model B 10 HP oil field pump jack engine. It is set up to run on well head gas. Easy conversion to propane. Clutch works as it should. There are no breaks or welds on this engine. It has been kept inside since removed from the well. All I did was clean the points, prime it with gasoline and it started on the first turn after sitting 10 years. It carries great oil pressure, no knocks or smoke and is very smooth running, sits still on the skids at all RPMs. I have not tried to run it on natural gas or propane but see no reason why it would not work as it should. I do not have a starting crank handle. I will not ship this item. We can load it with a forklift. Please read the terms carefully. They are not complicated. This item must be picked up. I will not ship it. It also must be paid for at time of pick up and within 7 ... moredays of end of auction unless you have made other arrangements prior to bidding. We can hold this engine for a while if paid for. We can deliver it to the Portland spring swap or to Coolspring in June. Again please ask about terms and delivery prior to bidding. There is a youtube video at the bottom of description This is a no Reserve auction Hello I have up for your consideration a very nicely built Fairbanks Morse 1/5 sale running model of a 25 horse power type N or standard Hit and Miss Engine the engine runs on Colman lantern Fuel/ White Gas the whole assy it 12 inches wide 22 inches long and 14 1/4 tall the engine is 17 inches long and about 11 inches tall with a 1 1/2 inch bore and a 2 1/2 inch stroke the flywheels are about 11 inches across and have a 1 inch face this is a tank cooled engine that uses thermal siphoning for cooling the engine weighs about 60 pounds and is not light it took a true craftsman to machine this engine and make it run like it does it does not have a spark plug it has an ignitor witch would be correct for this engine it is fired by a battery and low tension coil I ... morehave run the engine for several hours and it is a dandy all of the piping is brass no corners were cut on this one it is a very classy engine it sets on what I believe to be a nice pine platform very well built and it also has a plexi glass cover that fits over the whole assy keeping it clean and safe I will ship the engine it will be crated up and places in the center of a pallet and shipped through Fastenal I will built the crate for the cost of the materials that buyer pays for and I will drop off at the Fastenal store in Sedalia MO buyer must pay for shipping through them I WILL NOT SHIP THE ENGINE THROUGH UPS. AND ALSO MID TEEN CHEVROLET CARS. THERE IS A CAST IRON BRACKET FROM IT'S ORIGINAL MOUNTING APPLICATION STILL ATTACHED TO THE MAG. Fairbanks Morse Hit & Miss Gas Engine Magneto Model R Fits Z D Dishpan & Others
Nice original Fairbanks Morse type R magneto in very good condition. Includes a magneto gear and breather plate for a Fairbanks Morse Model Z Style D. The magneto has very good blue spark just turning it by hand. The body is in excellent shape with no cracks or repairs. The point cover has some wear to it. Not sure what happened there. Also the gear has been repaired in two places. It looks like a good repair and may have run this way. The pot metal is very nice with no aging cracks. Both mounting ears are good. The bushings are good with very little play. The teeth on the gear are excellent. This magneto was also used on the Dishpan style engine as well as many other Fairbanks Z engines.
