This is a 3pc lot of Ludwig Keystone 1960's White Marine Pearl shells. 9x13. 16x16 and 14x22. This would be a project kit. The 16x16 has a seam issue that is shown is the photos. There is also cracking in the bass drum that could have been from water damage or moisture. There is also some cracks in the reinforcement rings. Badges are all there, no extra holes and no altering work done on the shells. No Lugs or Hardware included.

Up for your consideration is a very neat vintage Marine Band Harmonica No. 1896 made in Germany by M. Hohner. I found this harmonica in a home in Cicero Illinois that had been occupied by the same family since 1913. The harmonica still retains its original box which is display worthy in its own right with great graphics and a neat real photo pasted on it of the US Marine Band. Inside the harmonica has minimal wear and is still bright and shiny. I tried it(I'm sorry. I HAD to! I did clean it afterwards! and it sounds VERY nice! The box is slightly worn with three of the sides split on the bottom section. Very neat piece of Americana! Shipping cost reflects shipping to lower 48 United States. The check measures about 9" x 3-1/4" Has a large vignette of the bank building. Large pre-printed orange two-cent U.S. Internal Revenue stamp at center. This is part of a large collection of historic checks and related fiscal paper that was accumulated by a veteran collector 25-50 years ago. This one is a bit unusual as it is the only one I have found with the U.S. Patent Aug. 24th. 189* The exact year left off. I think Patents are good for 17 years, so this might be anywhere from 1890 to 1916, if the actual date was 1899. It is also marked with the letter"D" which I presume means it is in the key of"D" It is brass over wood with an embossed metal label. Most of the labels are attached with a solid strip held by 2 nails on each end, while this one has 2 tabs on each end. It is marked Made in Germany. There is a metal label on both sides of the harmonica with interesting graffics on both sides. It is 4" long and 1" wide. Condition is good for the age and for something in used condition.
