Original IHC LA LB Hit Miss Gas Engine Cast Iron Belt Pulley Steam Tractor Oiler
This is a rather hard to find original cast iron pulley for an International Harvester 1 1/2/ 2 1/2 or 3/5hp LA or LB gas engine. It is part number 3594-D in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind except for a small chip on the edge. This shouldn't affect anything and it would be easy enough to fill it in if you so choose. It measures 8 inches in diameter with a 5 inch face and mounts onto the camshaft of these engines with a gib key. It will fit on both the small size and larger size LA's and LB's and is ready to go to work on an engine or on your shelf for a spare. These original pulleys, especially the larger ones like this one, are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so don't miss your chance on it. Early style LA IHC, mag, with 19 tooth gear, Hit Miss
This is the early style mag for the La IHC. With out automatic oil line to valves. If you like original, here it is, this is a nice looking mag. Some people do not care, but for them that want originality, then this is it. I bought several parts from a man. I got this mag with the deal. I think the former owner had cleaned it up some. Impulse spring seams weaker than it should be, but it sparks about a quarter of an inch, nice blue flame. I can not say for sure, but believe the 19 tooth gear is for the smaller size of 1 1/2- 2 1/2 hp?

IHC Head w/ Valve Mod LA 1-1/2 2-1/2 hp Gas Engine
This Head and valve fits an International Harvester Company Model LA 1-1/2 2-1/2 hp gas engine. It comes with valves and springs and part of the muffler. The valves are sticky but that can easily be freed up. As you can see in picture the spark plug is broken. The muffler needs a front face. There are 2 small frost cracks on the side of the head. This can be repaired with JB weld. The casting no. on head is 3557D with the IHC logo. The throttle shaft butterfly turns nicely. To clean it this has been blast bead blasted. Here is a nice original steel valve cover for a IHC LA engine. I am not sure if this is for the 1-1/2hp to 2-1/2hp of the 3hp to 5hp. Please check out the pictures and measurements to be sure its right for your engine. There appears to be a very small amount of epoxy on the inside(see pictures) I think it might have been used to repair a small hole. This is hard item to find. Original For and LA will not fit and LB I'm not sure what size of engine it is for 5-1/2" wide. 6-1/2" tall Epoxy might have been used to fill a small hole. If you pick this part up at my house 7.25% sales tax will be added to the purchase price. If it is shipped or delivered out of state then there will be no sales tax. HOT Refurbished McCormick Deering IHC LA Engine Wico H192 Magneto
This rebuilt Wico H192 single cylinder magneto is specified to fit McCormick Deering IHC LA series engines. The magneto throws a nice hot spark. The cap is in very good shape with no cracks. I call my magneto rebuilds"refurbished" magnetos. I check these magnetos over completely top to bottom. Everything comes out and everything goes back in only if it matches the specifications. New parts are used inside as needed to provide years of service. This magneto is fully repaired. But I do not go through and replace every replaceable item. That's good for you since that takes away sometimes up to 75% of the cost of a magneto repair. I have been doing this for some time, both for my personal engines and customer engines. This item is an original McCormick Deering parts catalog for their Type"LA" Type"M" and Type"L" engines. Contains 192 pages. There are wonderful diagrams/drawing of the parts and assemblies for each engine. There are also listed many accessories, special parts, and option that are rarely if ever seen. Dated 1938 so doesn't have the'LB' model listed.

IHC LA or LB 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 and 3 -5hp CLUTCH PULLEY GAS ENGINE HIT AND MISS
This is an original CLUTCH PULLEY for IHC LA or LB gas engine. It will fit on both the 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hp and the 3 to 5 hp models. Part number on the pulley is 5418-D. It is 10" diameter and the face is 6" Fits on a 1 3/16" shaft. Has some light surface rust on it but was never really rusty. Pulley face is smooth. I do not see any cracks. Breaks, or welds. There are some dings in the metal cover behind the handle. The handle snaps in and out real nice. I picked this up years ago with plans on mounting it on an engine but just never got around to it so its time to move it on. Look at the pictures large sized to get a good look at it.
