As long as your engine is the single cylinder engine with a kick pedal on it this will fit. If you want to double check, the hub on your flywheel should measure 1.25 inches. This is a premium Made in the USA part made right here in our shop. Nice Vertical Stickney Hit Miss Gas Engine Model Steam Tractor Magneto Oiler WOW
This is a real nicely done model of a vertical Stickney"Universal" hit and miss engine. It looks to have been very nicely machined and everything works as it should. It hasn't run in a couple years but has been shown in the recent past. It stands about 18 inches tall and turns over nicely with good compression and I have no doubt it will run with some fresh fuel and a battery and coil. It also needs a cylinder oiler which is available from the model hobby suppliers rather inexpensively. This is a very rare model and I don't think I've ever seen another one for sale although there probably has been. It would be a fine addition to any model collection or Stickney lineup. It will likely be quite a while before another one turns up and it probably won't be this nice. The pictures tell the story. You won't be disappointed ... morein any way. It would have used a Splitdorf E-16 or model G low tension magneto. The bracket is in great condition with no repairs at all. New-Way 4 HP Model J Stationary Hit & Miss Gas Engine Gasoline Steam Vintage
This is a somewhat rough air cooled New-Way hit and miss gasoline engine that I saved from being scrapped recently. I can find no serial number plate on it anywhere. A very kind collector emailed me telling me that this is a 4 HP Model J engine. The flywheels on this engine measure 24" in diameter. It appears that it went through a fire many years ago that melted out the babbit main bearings. The crankshaft slops around a bit in both of the main bearings. It also appears to be bent a bit because the flywheels are about 2 inches closer together at the top than they are at the bottom. Restoring this engine will be a big task but it can be done. I figure it will be most useful for a parts engine. Everything I can see on the outside of this engine including the flywheels. Base, cylinder, connecting rod cover, magneto mounting base and magneto ... moredrive gears appear to be useable. I will add more information soon. I have a lot of friends that travel a lot this time of year so I may be able to arrange safe and economical delivery depending on where you live and how patient you are. Listing this engine on Uship.com is another economical way to have it delivered to you. I will charge nothing to strap this engine to a good pallet for shipping by truck if need be. FAIRBANKS MORSE 2 HP PISTON This is an original piston that is officially over 102 years old off a 1911 Fairbanks model T"Jack of All Trades" 2 HP vertical engine. This piston will fit other years. Has unique low compression reverse-hemispherical top and appears to be in good condition. Specs: 4 inches in diameter( 3.9275 inches wide at top) or about 3 15/16" 5 3/8" tall 7/8" diameter hole for wrist pin at 2.25" on center measured upwards from skirt. looks like piston may have been knurled at one time. 3/8" wide grooves for rings. rings still available from online suppliers) includes both original wrist pin square-head jam-bolts weighs just over 7.28 pounds. FAIRBANKS MORSE 2 HP ROCKER ARM AND TOWER This is an original exhaust valve rocker arm and tower that is officially over 102 years old off a 1911 Fairbanks model T"Jack of All Trades" 2 HP vertical engine. This part will fit other years. The rocker arm is in good condition with no cracks or repairs. The brass contact is threaded and can be removed or replaced if needed. Pivot bolt is in good condition with original nut and snugs down tightly. Rocker tower has old repair done professionally over 20 years ago and has been on a running engine for many hours. The two steel screws for mounting the brass spark interrupter and insulator are also original. All parts have been cleaned up and sprayed with commercial primer. Specs: mounting holes are 9/16 in diameter and 3 3/4 on center rocker arm is about 5 7/8" long. push rod bracket ... morehole is about 5/16" Sold as is no warranty cause it's old.
