Selling With No Reserve! Hi! I have for Auction here a lot of 2 antique Brass Engine Oilers. The small one is a Penberthy No. 601 and I'm not sure what kind the bigger one is. The glass is 1-1/2" in dia. The bigger one is 3" in dia. There are cracks in the glass. Otherwise appear to be in good condition. See Pictures. I'm selling them as is. Get yourself a great deal here. Antique Steam Engine Parts Lot Oiler Petcock Lunkenheimer Sentinel Steam Punk
These were some parts i found in my garage from my dads steam engine collection he once had. I can't tell you much about them beyond what the pictures show. The 6 items on the left in the first picture say Lunkenheimer. I dont know the brand of the 3 items on the right. These are very old. All parts move except for hose nozzle valve pictured far right in first photo. Glass is cracked in oiler on the far left in first picture.

Beautiful original Nathan Mfg. engine cylinder drip oiler in very good condition. A very ornate oiler that would look great on a steam engine. Antique motorcycle or old hit& miss engine. The oiler is chrome or nickel plated and has some wear and scratches. The oiler is about 4 1/2 inches tall. The top rotates exposing two slots for the oil to go in. Then you turn the top and it closes again. I've never seen an oiler like this. I'm not sure what it originally came on. The glass is nice with no chips or cracks and is about 1 1/4 inches in diameter. The bottom glass is also there and is not cracked. A very nice oiler for that fancy little engine on your shelf. You are bidding on a very nice. And very rare American Injector, embossed glass oiler. 1/4" pipe thread, and please know what pipe thread is before you bid. This oiler is in fantastic shape. ONLY flaw is there is a very small chip on the edge of the glass, which could easily be filled with a number of things, you really can't even see it when the oiler is together. NO cracks on the glass. Only missing the filler cap which you can buy from a number of suppliers for cheap. Nice ball check, this is an oiler for a gas engine. Feel free to ask questions. Original Brass Consolidated Hit and Miss Gas Engine Oiler Steam Tractor Magneto
This is an original brass and glass oiler for a hit and miss engine. Pump, or other piece of machinery. It was made by the Consolidated Brass Company in Detroit. It is in excellent used condition with no cracks or breaks of any kind. It is a rather large oiler measuring about 3 inches in diameter and 6 3/4 inches tall overall. It is the size of a#5 oiler. Both glasses are good. It has 1/2 inch pipe threads that are in good shape. There are some light wrench marks on the mounting hex but nothing serious. These large oilers are getting tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets. Everything seems to work as it should. This is complete and ready to be put to work. The pictures tell the story. The smaller one is not marked. The larger is Oil-Rite Corp. Manitowoc, Wiss. They all need a good cleaning. This is a very hard to find original sales catalog for the Case crossmotor tractors. It measures about 7 3/4 x 10 1/2 inches with 32 pages including the covers. It is in good condition for its age with some overall wear and staining but all the information is very readable and presentable. It covers the 12-20. 18-32, and 25-45 tractors and gives descriptions and full details of each. It also has the 45hp skid engine in it along with orchard tractors, rice field, industrial, and attachments for all of them. It is jam packed full of information! It would be a fine addition to your early agricultural sales literature collection especially if you like early Case items or have a crossmotor tractor. The pictures tell the story. Threads are nice on the adjustment, and the hex partt on the bottom is not all marked up by wrench marks. Old Buckeye #1 Brass Hit and Miss Gas Steam Engine Oiler Train Tractor Magneto
This is a very hard to find original#1 brass oiler made by the Buckeye Brass Works in Dayton. Ohio. It's in decent but not perfect condition for being well over 100 years old. It measures about 1 3/4 inches in diameter and about 5 inches tall. Everything works as it should. It is missing two small wood knobs but these would be fun to make on a lathe or should be available at your local hobby supply store. It has 3/8 inch pipe threads that are a little suspect where they start but are good where they need to be and tighten down just fine. This oiler has minor wrench marks and blemishes here and there but still displays pretty nicely. The worst blemishes are the chisel marks on the mounting hex. I think this would be quite easy to remedy but putting it in a chuck and milling a smaller hex on it. It would look just fine then. Presented for your consideration is this Antique Steam Governor Stationary Traction Oilfield Farm Hit& Miss Engine. This unit came from a steam engine dealer/ collectors estate and it was labeled as a Gardner however I can not assure you of this information. The markings that I can locate appear to be a patent date of"DEC 27 1883" It turns ok and looks to be in good working condition. This is a large governor that stands 19" tall overall. The balls are 2 1/2" diameter. Gears are good. The adjustment turns and is not stuck. Belt drive pulley is 2 7/8" diameter overall with a 2 5/8" wide belt width. Greene Tweed Improved Rochester Automatic Lubricator Steam Punk Engine Oiler
Up for bid is an“Improved Rochester Automatic Lubricator” made by Greene Tweed& Co. of New York from around 1898 to 1900. This unit is in very good condition. With the only issue being the loss of some finish plating on the body. All the parts move and ratchet freely. Also included in the auction are the misc. linkage. Piping, check valve and flow sightglass shown in the picture. Shown but not included in the auction are two Green and Tweed advertisements from the 1917 edition of the Sibley Journal of Engineering and my John Deere tractors J This unit was originally attached to a steam driven Worthington duplex feed pump that fed a Dillon firetube boiler. The machinery and boiler were purchased in 1902 by the J.H.Tolles& Co in Nashua. NH. This was a small wooden mill that produced doors, windows, and etc. The lubricator has always ... morebeen stored indoors; it was in the mill until 2006 when the gentleman I purchased it and the pump from dismantled the boiler. It was then stored in a dry warehouse until I purchased it a year ago. This lubricator is being sold as is due to it being over 100 years old. Nice old Lonergan 386 oiler. In nice original condition. With what's appears to be a nice nickel on brass plating most of which is still present. Does have some dirt and oxidation through out but could be cleaned to be much nicer. Does have some dirt inside the bowl and appears to have two seals inside the bowl that will need replaced. No cracks or chips in the glass pieces. Could be used as is as a nice collector piece or restored to a functional oiler again. I do not have any way to test this piece nor do I know how it operates. This is a decent original Penberthy"SUREDROP" oiler for a hit and miss gas engine. Steam engine, or other piece of machinery. It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks or repairs of any kind. It needs a little cleaning, new glasses and gaskets but that's the fun part. It is not marked but is undoubtedly a SUREDROP because of the base. It is about 2 inches in diameter and 6 1/2 inches tall overall. It has 3/8 inch pipe threads and they are in great shape. There are some wrench marks on the hex which would buff out a bit if you so choose. It has a vent tube and a check ball so this was originally for the cylinder of a gas engine. It is missing the filler cap which is likely available quite inexpensively from several of the hobby suppliers. This is a high quality brass oiler that hardly ever comes up for sale.
