Here is a nice antique vintage BRASS Steam Engine Oiler made by POWELL Cincinnati Ohio. You can see some of the lettering remaining but most worn off. Nice brass some staining from age. There are 2 GLASS areas both are intact with no breaks. Very nice old piece also marked 1 1/2. Old Case Tractor Power Unit Tachometer Drive Hit Miss Gas Steam Engine Oiler WOW
This is an original tachometer drive unit that mounts to the generator on an older Case tractor. It is in good condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. It moves freely and the gear looks good. The threads to mount the cable also look good. It came from an old tractor repair shop and most likely came off a generator that had gone bad. It has the Case logo cast into the housing and I would say that it is ready to go to work on a tractor. I believe it has many applications in the Case tractor lineup. The top brass ball on this lubricator has a crack. Which appears to go all the way through. One of the glass tubes has some cracks and would need to be replaced.
