Antique 20'' 1907 Brass Penberthy Hit and Miss Steam Engine Oiler Lubricator
Up for auction is an antique 20' 1907 brass Penberthy Hit and Miss steam engine lubricator/ oiler. All the wheels turn freely. Total length of this item is 20.0' and it is 7.0' wide. The top brass ball on this lubricator has a crack. Which appears to go all the way through. One of the glass tubes has some cracks and would need to be replaced. Marked on the front of the brass is, Penberthy 1 Pint D.C. No. 6562' With the above exceptions, this item is in good overall condition. This is a great steam engine glass and brass oiler.it has been used need good cleaning.however all parts a free no binding.it still has float pin in it as you can see in pic 1 inside the glass.there are no markings on it at all.it is appox 4 1/2 inches tall and appox 2 inches around

Old brass and glass oiler for an engine in good used condition. Glass tube measures 5 inches long. Spigot valve works fine. Threads are good.
