Old Bates Edmonds Bulldog Hit Miss Gas Engine Webster Magneto Ignitor Bracket
This is a very hard to find original Webster magneto mounting ignitor bracket for a Bates and Edmonds Bulldog gas engine. It is bracket number 303K138 and is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs and is in near perfect condition. The movable shaft has no wear at all. The roller is in perfect shape and everything works as it should. The points are in great shape and should last a very long time. It mounts with two 1/2 inch holes about 3 3/16 inches apart on center. The barrel measures 1 13/16 inches in diameter. The only thing this bracket needs is a flip top oil cup for the movable shaft which is available rather inexensively from several of the hobby suppliers. This ignitor bracket is for all of the Bulldog engines from 2 1/2 through 12hp. It may fit others as well. Measure your engine to be sure. If you need one for ... morea project or a restoration they don't get much nicer than this one. These brackets are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and it will likely be a long time before another one turns up. The pictures tell the story. Don't miss it. Good Luck.

Old International Harvester Famous Titan Webster Magneto Ignitor Bracket 12-20hp
This is a pretty nice original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for a larger International Harvester Famous or Titan gas engine. It is bracket number 303J3 and will fit the 12. 15, and 20hp engines. It mounts to the engine with two 1/2 inch holes 3 inches apart on center. The magneto mounts on a 2 7/16 x 2 13/16 inch rectangular pattern. The points look great and the movable shaft has very little wear. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs on the body of the bracket. The only flaws I've noticed is that the small braze on the back of the advance retard lever and the spring that holds this lever in place is missing. Both should be pretty easy to remedy. Also, someone has cut down the"barrel" at some point probably to adapt it to a different engine but this will not affect the performance of the ignitor. These original brackets ... morefor the big IHC Famous engines don't turn up very often in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been looking for one don't miss your chance on this one. Original Webster M47 Nelson Bros Hit Miss Gas Engine Ignitor Magneto Bracket
This is an original Webster magneto mounting ignitor bracket for a hit and miss gas engine. It is in used condition and is bracket number 303M47 and is original equipment for the 1 1/2hp Nelson Brothers and contract engines. It mounts with two 7/16 inch holes 2 1/8 inches apart on center. It may fit on other engines as well but please measure your engine to be sure. The mounting holes are slightly oblong from some previous application but still work the way they are. There is very little noticeable wear on the movable shaft or on the points and the roller and advance/retard lever works as it should. The magneto mounts on a 1 1/2 x 2 inch bolt pattern. As you can see in the photos. The mag platform has been broken off of the ignitor part of the bracket. It is a very clean, old break and should be pretty easy to repair. These Webster ignitor ... morebrackets are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if yours is missing don't miss your chance on it. This is an extremely nice original Webster magneto mounting ignitor bracket for an 8 cycle Aermotor hit and miss gas engine. It is in excellent used condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind and is ready to be used on an engine. It is bracket number 303M57. It mounts with two 7/16 inch holes 1 7/8 inches apart on center. It may fit on other engines as well but please measure your engine to be sure. There is almost no noticeable wear on the movable shaft or on the points and everything works as it should. This auction is for an nice original Webster magneto igniter bracket which according to my book fits Field Brundage 15hp engines. It has the number of 303j51 on it. It is complete. And nothing is broken or repaired. The movable shaft is tight but moves. The only thing I can see wrong with this, is the advance arm is stuck, nothing a little heat wont fix. Old WORTHINGTON INGECO Hit Miss Gas Engine Webster Magneto Ignitor Bracket WOW!
This is an original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for a Worthington or Ingeco hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is bracket number 303M63 and is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind except that it needs a new return spring and a cotter pin. This should be an easy repair. Other than that it is in near perfect condition. The movable shaft has no wear at all on it and the points look like new. The roller is in good shape but needs to be freed up but everything works as it should. it even has the original priming cup on it. It mounts with two 1/2 inch holes about 3 1/2 inches apart on center. The barrel measures 1 13/16 inches in diameter. This ignitor bracket is for a 1 1/2, 2 1/2, and 4hp Worthington and Ingeco engines. It may fit others as well. Measure your engine to be sure. Here is a 303M1 Webster igniter bracket. This will fit the 1-1/2hp to 2hp Hercules and Economy engines. It in great shape but there is a washer in between the moveable electrode and igniter bracket body. It may or may not seal up because of this. This would be easy for any machine shop to tune up. It is also missing the return spring but that is just a simple little spring that can be bought at any hardware store. Take a look at the pictures. This is a 303K62 Webster magneto igniter bracket. This igniter is for Ottawa engines. I think it will also fit an Associated or United Engine It is in good shape and ready to use. Check out the pictures and see if you need it. Part No. 303K62 Mounts to the engine with 2 holes 2" apart on center. No Cracks. Breaks, or welds Ready to use Take a K or L Webster Mag Mag bolting pattern is 2" x 2" If you pick this part up at my house 7.25% sales tax will be added to the purchase price. If it is shipped or delivered out of state then there will be no sales tax. If you have the proper exemptions then also there would be no sales tax. 303K82 IGNITOR BRACKET Webster Hit & Miss Engine Magneto UNIVERSEL VICTORIAVILLE
Rare& Vintage IGNITOR BRACKET Selling this vintage HIT& MISS ENGINE ignitor bracket(no Webster Tri-Polar magneto is included) The mark at bottom says"303K82" This is for the scarce"UNIVERSEL" hit and miss engine. It was made by a foundry in Victoriaville. Quebec, Canada. It was found a few years ago. Directly in the old building where was the foundry. The big casting were done here. But I guess they got the smaller parts fro mother suppliers. Usually. When the bottom marks were grinded at the factory, it has another number equivalent that fits on other brands. I don't know which one though. It has the standard 4 holes(2" apart) to receive a standard Webster magneto. It is in very good condition. Seems fairly complete to me(except maybe for one spring) And it is not stuck. Grease cup is there on top. No ... morebreaks. No welds or repairs anywhere. It would certainly need a good cleaning. It has lots of dry grease. Sold"as is, as found" Don't miss this one. Anything related to this scarce Canadian engine is very hard to find! I found a few items last fall related to"LA FONDERIE DE VICTORIAVILLE" or"Victoriaville Foundry" Founded in 1885. Many years ago they demolished the old building. The previous onwer was able to salvage a few things that were left. Like original advertising printing blocks for magazines, different parts like"New Old Stock" piston rings, a couple magnetos, etc. Check out my other listings for those other parts. I will list some lots in the next days. They built the"UNIVERSEL" hit and miss engine here in Victoriaville. Canada from 1921 to 1925. This engine is scarce. They did not make too many.
