Old JI Case Eagle Watch Fob Hit Miss Gas Engine Steam Tractor Magneto Oiler NICE
This is an old watch fob featuring the JI Case eagle. Abe, on it and advertising Case farm equipment. It measures about 13/16 x 2 1/4 inches and is made of a very heavy metal. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs and it has the original strap on it. It has very nice detail and strong colors and displays very boldly. This is a magneto trip rocker for a Wico EK magneto that was used on dozens of hit and miss gas engines. It is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. This is a nice original cast iron magneto gear for a 1 1/2hp John Deere Type E hit and miss gas engine. It is part number E76R and is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. All of the teeth are like new and it almost looks like has never been used. Old Ford Model T Fuel Tank Hit Miss Gas Engine Steam Tractor Oiler Rat Rod NICE!
This is a pretty nice original fuel tank for a Ford Model T car. I believe it was used from 1913-1920. It is in pretty good condition for it's age but does have a few dents that could removed fairly easily. It has has a dent by the filler hold that needs to be removed and the fitting resoldered. It measures about 10 1/2 inches in diameter and about 28 inches long. It has the all brass sediment bulb on the bottom of it. It came for the estate of an early car collector and hasn't seen the light of day in many years. It would be a great way to complete your restoration project! Old 29-32 GM Chevy Truck Hood Hit Miss Gas Engine Steam Tractor Rat Rod NICE!!
This is a real nice original hood and side panels for a GM truck. After consulting with a friend that knows much more about vintage vehicles than I do. That is the conclusion we came up with. It should fit a 1929-1932 GM built truck or possibly a car. It has heavier latches on it so he said it's probably for a truck. If someone knows differently please educate me. It is in excellent original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has some decent original paint on it and has a pinstripe down the horizontal bead on each side. Old 3/4 Inch Gardner Steam Tractor Engine Governor Hit Miss Magneto Oiler NICE!!
This is a super original 3/4 inch Gardner governor for a steam engine or tractor. It was made by the Gardner Governor Company in Quincy. Illinois. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It turns nicely and has very little wear. The horizontal shaft has very mild wear but will last a long time. It has the original drive pulley on it and the gears have no noticeable wear on them. The 3/4 inch pipe threads are in great shape. Everything on this governor moves freely. Nice Vertical Stickney Hit Miss Gas Engine Model Steam Tractor Magneto Oiler WOW
This is a real nicely done model of a vertical Stickney"Universal" hit and miss engine. It looks to have been very nicely machined and everything works as it should. It hasn't run in a couple years but has been shown in the recent past. It stands about 18 inches tall and turns over nicely with good compression and I have no doubt it will run with some fresh fuel and a battery and coil. It also needs a cylinder oiler which is available from the model hobby suppliers rather inexpensively. This is a very rare model and I don't think I've ever seen another one for sale although there probably has been. It would be a fine addition to any model collection or Stickney lineup. Old IHC R Type M Mogul Hit Miss Gas Engine Magneto Steam Tractor Oiler NICE HOT!
This is a real nice original International Harvester Type R rotary magneto. It was standard equipment on the 6hp Type M engines as well as the 1. 1 3/4, and 2 1/2hp Mogul engines. It was also an option on the vertical IHC Famous and Titan engines as well as the 2 1/2 and 4hp horizontal Famous engines. It could probably be made to work on other engines as well. It is in excellent original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has the original name band on it. It has minimal wear in the bearings and turns over with great magnetic pull as I just recharged the magnets. It puts out a hot, fat, blue spark that is sure to run your engine if it is set up properly. It mounts with two holes 2 inches apart on center. The mounting threads in one hole are in perfect condition and the other one is not as good but still holds a bolt ... morejust fine. These original Type R magnetos are rather tough to find especially in this condition so if you need one for a project or just for a spare on the shelf look no further than this one. Old Original Otto Hit Miss Gas Engine Glass Battery Steam Tractor Magneto NICE!!
This is an extremely rare original Otto glass carbon/acid liquid battery. It is in very good original condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. The only flaw that I've noted is the electrode that went in the insulator has corroded away over time. The insulator is missing. The battery measures about 4 inches in diameter and 8 1/2 inches tall. The glass jar is in excellent condition with the common imperfections that are usually found in 1800's glass. The carbon is in great shape. These were used as the electrical supply for ignition on the earliest hit and miss gas engines among other things. It is very rare to find one with the OTTO name on it and I can't imagine that there's many survivors! This is a fantastic original crankcase breather for an International Harvester Mogul gas engine. It will fit the 1. 1 3/4, and 2 1/2hp engines. It has tons of original paint on it and there is more to be found under the old grease. This is an extremely nice 1 inch Pickering governor for a steam engine or tractor. It was made by the Pickering Governor Company in Portland. Connecticut. The horizontal shaft has been bushed and it is nice and tight and ready for years of service! It has the original drive pulley on it and the gears have no noticeable wear on them. This is an original cast iron magneto bracket for mounting a Wico EK magneto on a Sattley hit and miss or throttling governor gas engine. It is bracket number NF225 and mounts with two holes 1 3/4 inches apart on center. The slot for the push rod is 3/4 inch wide x 1 inch tall. I believe it is for a 2hp engine but may fit other sizes as well. Please measure your engine or consult a parts book to be sure it is correct for your application. it is in perfect condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. The only flaw that I've noted is that the pin holding the advance/retard tab is worn. I'm sure this could be peened and work just fine. This is a very nice original and extremely tough to find Madison Kipp#50 four feed mechanical lubricator or oiler for a Rumely or Hart Parr tractor. They had several other applications including Fairbanks Morse engines and others. It is in excellent condition with no cracks. Original John Deere E Hit Miss Gas Engine Magneto Steam Tractor Oiler NICE HOT!!
This is a really nice original magneto for a John Deere E hit and miss gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. It turns over nicely with no noticeable wear in the bearings and has excellent magnetic pull as the magnet has just been recharged. It puts out a hot, FAT, blue spark and will surely run your engine if it is set up properly. The threads in the mounting holes are perfect and the diecast body is in great shape. It has a gear on it for a 1 1/2hp engine but the gear can be changed if needed. It also has the original dust shield and felt on it and is ready to go to work on an engine. This is a nice original Fairbanks Morse Model R rotary high tension magneto for a hit and miss gas engine. It was used on the spark plug fired Model Z engines and possibly others. It is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. It mounts with two holes 3 3/4 inches apart on center. Everything turns over very nicely with very little wear in the bearings. This magneto puts out a HOT, fat, blue spark that jumps an incredible gap! Nice Original Powell Patent Hit Miss Gas Oil Field Engine Oiler Steam Tractor
This is an exceptionally nice original Powell Patent 1 pint lubricator or oiler for a hit and miss gas engine. It is in excellent original condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. It stands about 10 inches tall overall. Being the Patent oiler, it was the first such oiler that was offered by Powell in this design and is a VERY tough oiler to find. It has 1/2 inch pipe threads on it which are in great shape. There is only minor wear and light wrench marks on it and it will clean up very nicely. It has the original vent tube in it which means it was made to oil the cylinder of a gas engine. It also has both original wooden knobs on it although one has been reduced in size as I'd bet it was too large and tough to use as it was close to the cylinder of the engine. These original oilers are getting pretty tough to find in the ... morewild or even at swap meets and usually they are all beat up or incomplete. This one just needs a little cleaning or polishing if you so choose and it will be ready to go to work on an engine. It would also look great sitting in your brass lineup! Old Webster AMM Magneto Hit Miss Gas Engine Motor Steam Tractor Oiler NICE HOT!!
This is a real nice original Webster AMM oscillating magneto for a hit and miss gas engine. It has several applications in the gas engine world and is in good used condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs except that on of the mounting holes has a crack in it. It still holes the stud just fine and could easily be remedied with some space age adhesive. It has very little wear in the bearings. The original brass name band is on it and very nice. It has the original leadout cover on it. It mounts to the ignitor bracket on a 1 1/2 x 2 inch bolt pattern. The body is in excellent condition unlike some of them that you see. The magnets have just been recharged. Even with the frayed leadout wire it puts out a hot, fat, blue spark that is sure to run your engine if it is set up properly. This wire along with one of the oil cups should be replaced ... morebut that's pretty easy. It also has some red paint overspray on it that should be removed. The trip finger is in excellent condition with VERY little wear. These Webster AMM magnetos are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so don't miss your chance on this one. This is a decent original Penberthy"SUREDROP" oiler for a hit and miss gas engine. Steam engine, or other piece of machinery. It is in good used condition with no cracks, breaks or repairs of any kind. It needs a little cleaning, new glasses and gaskets but that's the fun part. It is not marked but is undoubtedly a SUREDROP because of the base. It is about 2 inches in diameter and 6 1/2 inches tall overall. It has 3/8 inch pipe threads and they are in great shape. There are some wrench marks on the hex which would buff out a bit if you so choose. It has a vent tube and a check ball so this was originally for the cylinder of a gas engine. Old 3/4 Inch Pickering Steam Tractor Engine Governor Hit Miss Magneto NICE!!
This is an extremely nice original 3/4 inch Pickering governor for a steam engine. Gas engine, or tractor. It was made by the Pickering Governor Company in Portland, Connecticut. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except for a chipped pipe nipple which can easily be replaced. It turns nicely and has very mild wear in the horizontal shaft bearing and on the gears. It has the original drive pulley on it. The 3/4 inch pipe threads are in great shape. Everything on this governor moves freely. The governor measures about 15 inches tall overall. The only real flaw I've noted is that it is missing 1/2 of one of the fly balls which shouldn't be too tough to find or make. It just threads onto the stud. These governors are almost impossible to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been ... morelooking for on here's your chance. This is a very nice original ignitor for a Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. It was factory equipment on the earliest 3 and 6hp Z engines that had a rotary low tension magneto. It is in excellent used condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind except for the trip finger which has some build up on it that has been nicely done and it is ready to be used on an engine. It is bracket number 303M57. It mounts with one bolt and a clamp and has a tapered fit in to the engine cylinder. There is very little noticeable wear on the movable shaft or on the points and everything works as it should. This is one of the nicer Fairbanks Morse ignitors that I've had in a while as they are usually worn out. This is a very hard to find original cast iron starting crank for a large Waterloo hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in perfect condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. There are some casting imperfections as can be seen but these are strictly cosmetic. I'm pretty sure it is for a 6 or 7hp Waterloo but may be for other sizes, too. It has a 2 1/8 inch casting hole in it so it is likely for a 2 inch crankshaft and would certainly work on any engine that it fits on but it came from the factory with a Waterloo engine. These original cranks are almost impossible to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been looking for one here's your chance. This is a very hard to find original fuel mixer or carburetor for a 1 1/2hp or 2hp Dishpan Z Fairbanks Morse gas engine. It is in excellent used condition as can be seen and still has most of its original red paint on it. It is part number ZAN4A. There are no cracks. Breaks, or repairs and it includes the original fuel line, fitting, and clamp. This mixer mounts to the bottom of the head on a 2 1/2 inch bolt pattern and has a 7/8 inch hole for the intake. Old 1hp IHC Mogul Hit Miss Gas Engine Brass Glass Oiler Steam Tractor NICE!
This is an extremely nice original oiler for a hit and miss gas engine. This style was originally used on the 1hp International Harvester Mogul engines and also Standard cream separator engines. It has a vent tube and a check ball in the base which means it was meant for the cylinder of an engine. It measures about 1 3/4 inches in diameter and 5 1/4 inches tall overall. It has 1/4 inch pipe threads and they are in great shape. It has super original patina and both glasses are good. It may need new gaskets but that's the fun part. Of all the sizes of this style oiler this is the hardest one to find. It would make a real nice and correct oiler on your engine or a great spare to have in inventory. Old FAIRBANKS MORSE ZD Hit Miss Gas Engine Magneto Gear Steam Tractor Oiler NICE
Here is a real nice original diecast magneto gear for a Fairbanks Morse ZD gas engine. It measures about 4 1/2 inches in diameter with a 1/2 inch face. It is 1 1/8 inches long through the hub and has a 3/8 inch tapered hole for the magneto armature shaft and the keyway is in great shape. It has 43 teeth and they are in great shape with very minor wear. This gear has no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind and is ready to be put to work on an engine. Old WEBSTER K Magneto Hit Miss Gas Engine Motor BULLDOG Steam Tractor NICE & HOT
This is a real nice original Webster Type K oscillating magneto for a hit and miss gas engine. It has several applications in the gas engine world. It is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind except that it needs two oil cups for the bearings on each side. These are available quite inexpensively from several of the hobby suppliers or you may even have some in your parts drawer. It could also use some more cleaning and a new leadout wire but that's the fun part. The original mounting studs are in the holes and the threads are perfect. There is almost no noticeable wear in the armature bearings. The magneto mounts to the ignitor bracket on a 2 inch square bolt pattern. The body is in excellent condition. The magnets have just been recharged. It puts out a hot, fat, blue spark that is sure to run your engine ... moreif it is set up properly. The trip finger is in excellent condition with some minor noticeable wear. The original name band on it has some minor blemishes but is definitely the original one. This magneto has the"left-handed" trip finger on it and was used originally on a FAIRBANKS BULLDOG engine where the ignitor trips from the front. This can easily be changed if you so desire. These Webster magnetos with excellent bodies are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so don't miss your chance on it. It would even make a great spare on the shelf. Old 1 1/4" WATERS Steam Engine Tractor Governor Hit Miss Gas Magneto Oiler NICE
This is a very hard to find original Waters 1 1/4 inch governor. These were commonly used on steam engines as well as a few gas engines. It was made by the Waters Governor Company in Boston. Mass. and is in excellent used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. The drive shaft with the drive pulley on it is spring loaded and has a pin to hold it in a positive position. The hole for the pin is worn a bit and the pin doesn't stay in tightly without a holder but this could easily be remedied with a better, more square hole to collar that holds it in the positive position. It has little noticeable wear on the gears or on the shaft. Everything seems to move as it should. It stands about 24 inches tall overall. The hole pattern on the flanges is 2 5/8 inches square and the hole on each side are 1 1/4 inches in diameter. I ... morewould say that with just a little attention it would be ready to be used on an engine or put on the shelf for a spare. These original Waters governors are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they usually need a complete rebuild. This one only needs some minor attention and it should be ready to go. If you've been looking for one to complete a project, restoration, or for a scale model don't miss your chance on this one. This nickel plated oiler is stamped on top Nathan MFG Co. New York 624. The 1/4" pipe thread is good. The sight glass is good and 1-1/2" diameter. This oak wooden buzz coil works good on 6 volts. The top reads Pontiac Coil Co. Pontiac Mich. One top wire nut is marked"Plug" and the other"Com" The base is 6-3/4" long x 2-3/4" wide. Old ESSEX #7 Oilers Hit Miss Gas Engine Machinery Oiler Steam Tractor NICE! BIG
This is a matching pair of Essex#7 oilers for hit and miss engines or other machinery. They are both in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks or repairs of any kind. The finial nuts are different but could easily be made the same. These are marked Essex on the tops. They are large oilers and measure about 11 1/2 inches tall overall! They take#7(4 1/4 x 5) which are available from the hobby suppliers. Both of the bottom glasses are good. They have 1/8 inch female threads in the bottoms which could be bushed up to whatever size you need. The one has the original filler plug and one is missing. Old VICTOR Rod Oilers Hit Miss Gas Engine Machinery Oiler Steam Tractor NICE!
This is a pretty nice group of 3 rod type oilers for connecting rods of hit and miss or steam engines or other similar applications. These do not have oil holes at the bottom of main stems but instead need oil thrown out the holes half way up or on top of the stems. They are in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. The smaller ones are marked VICTOR Lubricator, and the larger one is unmarked. The smaller ones measure about 1 5/8 x 3 3/8 tall with 1/8 inch pipe threads. The larger one measures about 2 1/8 x 3 1/4 tall with 3/8 inch pipe threads. All of the glasses are good. They may need new gaskets but otherwise are ready to go to work. The pictures tell the story. Old LONERGAN Brass Glass Hit Miss Gas Engine Machinery Oiler Steam Tractor NICE!
This is a pretty nice original Lonergan oiler for a hit and miss engine. Grinder, cream separator or other piece of machinery. It is marked Lonergan on the top. It measures about 2 1/8 inches in diameter and 5 1/8 inches tall overall. It has very little wear on it and a pretty nice hex yet. It is marked 385 on a flat of the hex. It has most of its nickel plating on it yet. It has 1/4 inch pipe threads and they are in great shape. It will probably need new gaskets but these are available quite inexpensively from several of the hobby suppliers and it could use a good cleaning. That's the fun part, anyway. Original KINGSTON L-3 Early CASE L Tractor Brass Carburetor Hit Miss Steam NICE!
This is a real nice original and rather hard to find Kingston L3 brass carburetor for an early Case L or other tractor or car or truck. It is in excellent used condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind except for one small rust hole in the bowl near the drain. This should be a pretty easy repair and very hard to notice as it'd on the very bottom of the bowl. It has some very mild wear on the throttle and choke shaft and will likely work just fine the way it is. It mounts with two holes 2 15/16 inches apart on center. It has a 1 13/16 inch opening where it mounts to the manifold and a 2 inch air intake. It stands about 7 3/8 inches tall overall. The body is brass and will polish up very nicely if you so choose. It has"A4919" stamped into the neck of it. The fuel needle moves as it should and I can hear the float ... moreinside it. The bowl nut has some wear on it but these are available from the hobby suppliers quite inexpensively. Overall this is a very nice carburetor that should only need some minor cleaning and a drain cock needle on the bottom to be ready to be put to use on a tractor or put on the shelf for a spare. This is a rather tough to find original detent pivot bracket or holder for a Galloway hit and miss gas engine. I think it will fit the 5hp engines and may fit several others. Please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It mounts with two 7/16 inch holes 2 1/8 inches apart on center. It has a 3/8 inch hole for the pivot pin.
