Here is a very nice early brass oiler marked LUNKENHEIMER No 3 FIG. 1301 PARAGON. The cap that slides to fill the oiler has the Pat. date of Apr. 13 1926. These ball check oilers were the top of the line and are still used often o n hit and miss engines. The oiler is in nice as is condition with minor wrench marks and ball check is free. The brass top was partly cleaned at one time and is in great shape with good markings stamped in it. This would clean up well for use on a hit miss/ steam engine or display. SELLING WITH NO RESERVE!

Up for sale is a nice original solid brass Lunkenheimer 3/4 L.H. hit and miss engine carburetor. Scroll down and look at the pictures. This carburetor looks to be in very good condition it does shown hardly any wrench marks its missing a knob and spring otherwise it looks complete. I can't seem to find this model none seem to be the same as this one. Its sells as you see it with no guarantees as to being complete or working. Original 3/4 Inch LH Lunkenheimer Brass Hit Miss Engine Carb Mixer Steam Tractor
This is an original 3/4 inch Left Hand brass Lunkenheimer gasoline mixer or carburetor for an early gas engine. It is in decent used condition for its age. It is marked Lunkenheimer. The inlet and outlet threads are in good shape. The valve on the bottom moves as it should and seats pretty well. The needle is stuck bit I wouldn't think very badly as it's brass and so is the body of the carburetor. There are some wrench marks on the mounting hex but it will still work just fine. These original mixers are getting harder to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been looking for one here's your chance. They are good replacements if you're original one is missing and also make good spares on the shelf. The pictures tell the story. You'll like it. Good Luck.

Original 3/8" Crane Steam Whistle Valve Lunkenheimer Hit Miss Tractor Magneto
This is an extremely nice original brass whistle valve for a steam boiler or traction engine. It is a 3/8 inch made by Crane and is in near perfect original used condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has no noticeable wrench marks and everything works as it should. The threads are in perfect condition. It measures about 4 1/2 inches tall overall and the manual lever works it should. It even has the original information sticker on the nut! If you've been looking for a small valve like this for your little steam engine or restoration project here it is. These old style whistle valves look so much better than the modern ones so don't miss your chance on it. VINTAGE 3/4" LUNKENHEIMER STEAM WHISTLE TRAIN VALVE You are bidding one VINTAGE LUNKENHEIMER 3/4" VALVE in excellent condition for its age. This valve appears to be a steam whistle valve for a steam engine or boiler but I am not sure. There is normal wear showing on this valve and the valve has markings on it that are stamped"Lunkenheimer" on one side and"3/4" and"200" on the other side. This valve measures 3" long. There is a spring on the inside of this valve. I am not an expert on vintage steam valves and I only comment and describe the valve as I found it. Tp get a better description of the valve. You are bidding on a lot of three vintage brass glass hit miss engine oilers. One is a lunkenheimer sentinel no. 0 and one is a Sherwood buffalo ny and the other one not marked. These are for parts or repair the glass is broke out of two of them and other one looks to be missing pieces but glass is good and looks like it might fit the Sherwood one. 2 Antique Lunkenheimer Brass Oilers Pioneer No. 3 & Royal No. 1 1/2 Pat'd 1887
You are bidding on 2 antique Lunkenheimer brass oilers. One is a Pioneer No. 3 and the other is a Royal No. 1 1/2. They are both in original and excellent condition with brass and glass undamaged. I mounted them on a piece of wood for ease of displaying them. The Royal has a diameter of about 2" and the Pioneer 2 1/2" They are about 4 1/2" high- could be a bit more. Since they are screwed into the wood. They are both marked on the top, the Pioneer is marked with the patent date of Mar 15, 1887 and"The Lunkenheimer Co. Cin. O. Nice oilers to put on your hit and miss engines or for display.

Printing on top of oiler is“The Lunkenheimer Co. Cincinnati. O. Ideal No. 3. Size: The oiler measures 5 ¼” high x 3 3/8” in diameter. Glass cylinder is approx. 2 ¼” high. Condition: Used: Has some scratching. Oxidation and wrench marks. No sight glass. Will let new owner clean it up. No reserve. Read particulars.
