Antique Lunkenheimer Hit& Miss Steam Engine Oiler Valve w/ Stand Hello Everyone. This is an Antique Lunkenheimer Oiler with valve. This one is marked on the rim of the lower glass The Lunkenheimer Co. Cincinnatti. O. I don't know if the upper silver colored piece is lunkenheimer or not. I'm thinking not as the threads don't match up with the bottom part. Threads are not damaged. This is just how I got the piece. Looks to be in working order but is untested. The base is just shy of 2 3/4 inches square. Stands 9.25 inches tall. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions. I get back very quickly. Pictures really tell the whole story here. Old IHC LA Hit Miss Gas Engine Motor Valve Cover Steam Tractor Magneto Oiler
This is an original valve cover for a 1 1/2- 2 1/2hp International Harvester type LA gas engine. It may fit the 3-5hp engines as well. It measures about 2 3/4 inches deep to go over the head and valves so measure your engine to be sure. It is in good condition for it's age with no dings or dents of any kind. The swinging tab door works as it should. It would clean up and paint very nicely. The only flaw that I've noted is a small"tear" in each side the could easily be welded and blended before painting. These original valve covers are tough to find in any condition and this one just needs a little elbow grease to be perfect. The pictures tell the story. It's the last piece you need to complete your authentic restoration! You'll like it. Good Luck.

This is what looks to me to be some sort of oiler or bleeder however the inside seems to be little more involved then that looks like a float or something no0t sure. It is a little taller than 4' it is just under 2'around with a 3/4' nut on bottom made of brass with a nickel finish that is pretty worn through marked H.D. HAND BOSTON. Antique vintage brass engine/machine oiler in excellent working condition; very minor'wear' as shown. Metering needle valve looks straight/good; shutoff valve's stem is straight and shutoff feels positive. Both'bullseye' sight glasses are clear with no cracks or visible surface abrasion. This machine part was apparently used. Kept in good condition, wiped down until quite recently. Ex-marine engine room application(steam-driven bilge pump? Ship's identity is unknown to me; salvaged sometime during last thirty years at a Portland. Oregon shipyard.

This is a vintage oiler marked Valve-Cyl Oiler Co. Los Angeles. Calif. It has some surface corrosion but appears in overall good shape. It stands 8" in height. The upper glass dome is marked with the makers name while the lower glass is an Atlas Mason jar that appears to fit perfectly. This was an estate find and I frankly know little about these things, but I hope someone can use it.

Old Brass CC Steam Traction Engine TRI COCK Valve Tractor Hit Miss Magneto Oiler
This is a rather hard to find original brass tri cock valve that was used on a steam engine or other piece of machinery. It is marked CC and in good used condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs that I can see or know about except that it is missing the stopper pin as pointed out in the last photo. This shoudn't be real hard to remedy. It has 1 inch female pipe threads on the T leg and 3/4 inch female pipe threads on each end of the through part of it and they are all in good condition. The valve seems to work as it should. These valves are quite pricey new and the new ones just don't have the right look to them for period machinery. This one is pretty nice and would look great on your project or on the shelf for a spare. The pictures tell the story. You'll like it. Good Luck.

Old Essex Brass drip oiler. Missing something from the top- possibly a plunger and handle. It is nice and dirty! Everything seems to be free to turn. Easily disassembles, and will clean up nicely. The bottom fitting looks like 3/4" pipe thread. It measures overall about 7 1/2" and about 4" wide(at the knob) the glass is about 3" diameter and 2 3/4" tall. It weighs about 2 1/2 pounds.

On the top it says THE LUNKENHEIMER CO. CIN. O. SENTINEL#1 1/2, PATENTED DEC' 18 1899, the overall length is 3 3/4" 1 7/8" dia. top to bottom cap is approx. 2" has slide out oil fill lever and valve nut tensioner, brass is in great condition, no dents, has no valve and needs glass. The two valves, one is a screw on valve with a tensioning spring on the valve shaft for the flip up lever and is approx 4 1/4" long and 3/16" dia. the other is a screw in valve and is approx. 4 5/8" long and also 3/16" dia.both are flip up valves, being sold as is, I am listing two Shipping Options, whichever is best for You and depending how ... morequick You want it to arrive, both will come with Tracking!
