Wisconsin Carburetor Twin engine THD, TJD, Bendix, Zenith
Here is a Bendix/Zenith carburetor off a Wisconsin Twin. What I can make out on the body is the L63(rest can't read) Butterflies work. The needle valve is stuck. So I did not want to force the issue. But in order to use this carb, it needs to be cleaned anyway. It seems everything is there. I have other old engine parts for sale this week.

Lot of 3 Wisconsin Air Cooled Heavy Duty Engines Instruction Book and Parts List from the late 1950s. Early 1960s. All three manuals are in very good condition. There is some minor marking on the covers, but no bends or tears. All pages are present and in excellent condition. Included in the lot are: Model TH THD TJD(TJD is circled in red ink) Issue MM 277 E. Models ANC. BKN Issue MM-270-C. Models VE4 VF4. Issue MM 265-D.

Here is a cylinder head cover removed from a stuck Twin Wisconsin engine. Believe the part number is AB100. The spark plug threads are good and I did not see any broken. Cracked or bent fins. This cover comes with all bolts. look at my other cheap Wisconsin parts I have for sale this week.

HOT Wico X Series Magneto XH1961 Y-67 Wisconsin TFD TJD Engine Two Cylinder
Up for sale is a complete antique Wico XH1961 two cylinder magneto to top off your engine project. This carburetor can fit Wisconsin engines TFD and TJD series. As well as other applications needing a gear drive mag for a two cylinder engine. The Wisconsin part number is Y-67. The serial number is 906830. I have rebuilt this magneto to my personal restoration standards. The impulse coupling has been freed up. And I have disassembled the entire unit and cleaned the internal parts of dust and dirt from years of use. The condenser and points were replaced, gapped, and tested. This mag was designed to throw a hot blue spark across two spark plugs at the same time, and this example is doing its job 100% Externally. It needs a coat of paint or a shine of the case to bring it to show quality. The lead cover has blisters from age on the front, but ... moreit still does its job of sealing the mag and connecting to the coil to the spark plug wires. Wisconsin Engine TE, TF, TH, THD, TJD Blower Housing Shroud Electric Crank Start
Up for auction is a blower housing/shroud for a Wisconsin TE. TF, TH, THD, TJD engine. This shroud specifically came off a 1968 Wisconsin THD. This shroud is compatible with all inline twin cylinder Wisconsin engines which have the standard gear train cover. This shroud is for CRANK START AND ELECTRIC START(NON FLYWHEEL ALTERNATOR) engines. This shroud is not compatible with flywheel alternator engines. This specific shroud had a Prestolite starter motor on it and had a belt driven Motorola alternator which ran off the magneto. This shroud has been cleaned of all grease and dirt and is ready for use! This shroud is rust free, and for the most part dent free. I heated the lower section of the shroud with an acetylene torch and banged out all of the dents which formed over its many years of use. The shroud fits nicely and does not rub on the ... moreflywheel! There is one large dent in the upper section of the shroud which does not affect its performance, it is just harder to remove. Wisconsin TFD THD TJD Engine Zenith Carburetor 10595 L48 161-7 Parts
Up for sale is the Zenith cast iron carburetor off a Wisconsin TFD two cylinder engine. The assembly is labeled L48 under Wisconsin's part number. But 10595B for Zenith. This carburetor's bore was packed full of silt from sitting. It has been on my to-do list for a complete rebuild for too long now. And I am selling it as is. However, it has sat in my carburetor cleaner for a day, and it is certainly in rebuildable shape. The expensive parts are still in like new condition. The float is intact, the throttle shaft has no slop, and the choke shaft also in working order. The price reflects the fact that you will need to put some effort into replacing gaskets. Needle and seat, and repacking the shafts. Wisconsin TJD Twin Cylinder Gas Engine
This TJD Wisconsin was pulled off of a hobart welder/ generator I intended on rebuilding. I've deglazed the cylinders and fitted new rings to the pistons. Reground the valves also. Connecting rod bearings and crank mains in great shape. The engine was completely disassembled and ant crankcase cleaned of all sludge and dirt. All gaskets are new. Carb was also disassembled and blasted and is ready to run. The stator under the flywheel is in good condition however the starter will need to be gone over. Engine is nice and tight with good compression. The engine is still in need of a dist cap. Rotor and points. Also parts like the air filter, intake tube, throttle and choke controlls are missing. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Will CRATE for an additional $30 and drop off for shipping which buyer must arrange. Disreguard ebay ... moreshipping info.

Wisconsin Engine Blower Housing Shroud Sheet Metal SE-135 SE135 TE TFD TJD
Up for sale is the sheet metal off a Wisconsin TFD two cylinder engine. The part number is SE-135. Cosmetically. These pieces have been repainted an{ugly in my opinion} pastel blue. There is some surface rust around parts of the metal. The bottom of the blower housing, flywheel housing, has a spot where a few miscellaneous unidentified organic remains rusted through the metal. It will be shipped with the cylinder cover(part where the serial number tag mounts) unrivited from the blower housing. I do this to save about $20 of shipping charges. I will also include the head shield(not pictured) and the sheet metal part that goes between the two cylinder jugs. These parts are in good shape. And are ready to go to work again. AB-100 cylinder head. The combustion chambers look good and has no pitting. All cooling fins are intact. It's in nice shape- maybe needs a quick bead blast before putting into service.
