Old IHC 1hp Mogul M Hit Miss Gas Engine Brass Cylinder Oiler Steam Magneto
This is an original cylinder oiler for an International Harvester Mogul or Type M gas engine. It's in excellent condition and only needs some minor cleaning. It has very little wear or wrench marks on the hex and everything seems to work as it should with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs. It needs a new top glass which is available quite inexpensively from several of the hobby suppliers. It has the original checkball in the base and the 3/8 inch NPT threads look great. It measures about 1 3/4 inches in diameter and about 5 1/8 inches tall and would work on a 1, 1 3/4, or 2 1/2hp Mogul or a 1 1/2 or 3hp M engine. It would look the best on a 1hp Mogul or a Mogul Jr as this is the smallest oiler made in this style. These oilers are getting harder to find every day! The pictures tell the story. This is a vintage oiler marked Valve-Cyl Oiler Co. Los Angeles. Calif. It has some surface corrosion but appears in overall good shape. It stands 8" in height. The upper glass dome is marked with the makers name while the lower glass is an Atlas Mason jar that appears to fit perfectly. This was an estate find and I frankly know little about these things, but I hope someone can use it.

Vintage / Antique Brass Engine Cylinder Drip Oiler # 1 - 4-1/2 tall
Very nice brass oiler. Have cleaned the glass. But left the brass alone in original found condition- there is dirt on brass. This is left for the buyers discretion to clean. It is stamped with a 1 that is the only marking I can see. Both the upper and lower sight glasses are good with no chips or cracks. The oiler measures about 4-1/2 inches tall as shown in the picture a little over 1-1/2 across and the glass that is showing is 1-1/8 inches top to bottom. It is a small unusual piece. Tried to measure as best I can. Sorry, I do not know much about these, but If you have any questions please ask and I will try and answer as best I can. Thanks for looking. American injector hit miss gas engine cylinder oiler with check ball and vent
Here I have for your consideration. A fine example of a hard to find No 6 American Injector Co, Detroit oiler. This is a cylinder oiler with both a vent tube and a check ball. The glass is the old color purple glass and is in great shape with no cracks or chips. It does contain a small ring around the bottom of the glass where it appears to have been rubbing on something for a long time. You can see it in the first picture. I would think it could be buffed out but I am not sure and have just left it in as found condition. The threads in the top for the fill plug appear to be gone. The threads on the bottom look good no cross threads. It does have some wrench marks but overall still decent. Lower glass good shape also.
