Bailey Letter Copying Machine w/Moistening Attachment Ca 1886 w/Original Stencil
This item was born in an era that is foreign to many today. Who would have thought that technology would have progressed so far. This Bailey letter copying machine was first patented in the late 1800's. There were other presses that were designed before this one. These were developed for use by offices and others to copy important letters. Circulars and other documents that needed to be mass produced. This particular press was patented by Leonard Bailey. He was the original inventor of what is now know as the Stanley plane. Standing the test of time. This piece retains the original reddish brown stencil design that includes the name of the company on the front of it. The drawer is intact and opens and closes with very little sticking. The wheel turns smoothly up and down. The moistening attachment on top rolls with minimal difficulty ... moreand the material on the rollers is starting to bulge and crack. The press has the following dimensions: Base plate is 17.25" x 12" and has a height to the top of the plate of 2 3/8" The height to the top of the moistening attachment is approximately 16 7/8" When the press is fully open the space is approximately 2.75" The drawer is intact with some very light white corrosion to the metal. There is still some original cloth paper inside the drawer as well. This is in remarkable condition given the age. There is minimal fading/losses to the stenciling and the black paint as well. This is a vintage Ideal#2 stencil cutting machine that cuts 5/8" letters and numbers. It is still operative- even though a portion of the circular handle on the top is broken off and missing. You turn the round handle to the letter or number you wish. Then press down the lever at the front. This cuts the letter or number into the cardboard. There is another lever to reset the machine. The advance mechanism doesn't work. Apparently because the right hand wheel is frozen. The pawl does engage the gear on the left wheel when the arbor is depressed) Sold"as is" no returns.

Ideal Quarter stencil machine. Looks to be in pretty good condition, no damage that I can see. Works well, been sitting for a number of years and is just a little tight to rotate but should loosen up perfectly once used a little bit. Diagraph Bradley GG-S-747 1 inch letters stencil machine
This is a GG-S-747 1 inch letters. older stencil machine but works good besides letter d and p didn't punch all the way through. Handle is broke part way up but I put a piece of pipe over it and it works fine that way tried to find a new handle to replace it but no luck. It has been cleaned greased and oiled and repainted check pic for better description thanks.

Great Vintage Antique Industrial 3/4" Diagraph Bradley Stencil Machine Punch
This is a great old cast iron Diagraph Bradley Stencil Cutting Machine from a local estate. In great original used condition as you can see in the pictures. Cuts letters about 3/4" tall. No cracks. Chips, breaks or damage and original stencils and decals are very good for its age. Made by the Bradley Stencil Machine Co. of St. Louis, MO. Seems to work good as you can see in the last picture, but would probably need a good cleaning and lubricating to actualiy use. I would prefer that the buyer come and pick this up locally, but I would be willing to build a wood crate to ship it in and transport it to Fastenal or some other local shipping outlet for $25.00. Vintage Marsh Stencil Machine Model S 3/4" die cutter letter size punch in Minn.
You are looking at a vintage Marsh stencil machine. I tested the machine and the results are in a picture. There is surface rust and the top wheel printing is worn in spots. This machine is Heavy with a capital H. It is a 3/4" cutter. The pictures should show details and condition. Local pick up is welcomed.
