EICO 965 Capacitance & Resistance Bridge / VTVM -- RECAPPED!
I waited a while to find one of these. Got it about six months ago for this same price and then went ahead and ordered the full set of capacitors and completely recapped it. It was a lot of work. And not cheap. It seems to work excellently! I remember how stunned I was with how accurate the resistance measurements compared to my calibrated Fluke 77. The capacitance measurement seems very much spot on too. I did not have a digital comparison. But when using accurate caps, the readings on eico are exactly as expected. Amazing range, this thing has. I think the volt measurement system itself needs to be calibrated though. I did not get that far. At that point I had to pack it away to prepare to move to a new town. Alas I've decided to part ways with multiple pieces of vintage equipment.

I have not replaced the electrolytics in this unit and would recommend that recapping be done before placing full confidence in the leakage tests. The unit comes with the original manual.
