This item was one of many removed from a no longer functioning manufacturing lab. It looks in fairly good shape with a small amount of case corrosion and paint peeling. Examine the photos closely. All that is included is what's shown in the photos. There is no manual. There are some hookup cables but I don't know if the set is complete. I plugged it in heard a loud buzzing. A push of the reset button caused it to stop and the power light remained lit. Seemed to me like normal behavior. Due to all the unknowns I've priced this unit significantly lower than others available here.

This is a Hypot II 3565D ac/dc Withstand voltage tester. The last calibration date is 2003 so it may need calibration. I'm not sure how to test every feature of this unit but it was purchased at auction from a working machine shop where it was used regularly. You can see it powers up fine. If for some reason it does not work send I will refund purchase price when shipped back. It does have some wear. A few scufs. There is a calibration number carved into the paint on the front as well as a calibration sticker and tech support sticker, but it is in good overall cosmetic condition.
