2 Associated Research QUADCHEK II 7564SA AC/DC Hipot For sale are 2 Associated Research 7564SA AC/DC Hipot. I couldnt get either of the units to power on. So they are both being sold as is or for parts. The encasement is missing some screws that keep it connected to the unit. There are some dents, scratches, scuffs, etc. One of the units is missing a couple buttons. When moving the unit around. You can hear things moving around inside. Upon further inspection, there are metal discs that are loose inside, see picture. I am not sure what they go to, or how to replace them, so I let them be. The Hipotronics H303B AC/ DC Hipot Tester/ Megohmmeter is a non-destructive tester designed for use up to 2.5 kV AC. And 3.0 kV DC. This unit was retired from a company for a different one. It may require service. Repair and/or calibration. I do not have the knowledge to completely test or certify this is accurate and functions properly. I have only powered on and adjusted the volt/amp meters cautiously on low settings. Therefore you are buying it AS-IS with no returns. You must ground the device before plugging in. Also unplug the power before removing ground. Keep the dials turned all the way down after running your tests. The manual is available online in PDF.
