You are bidding on a very clean IFR FM/AM-1500. I suspect that this CSM only saw bench use as it is in exceptionally clean condition. It tests out OK to the best of my ability. Please see photos of spectrum analyzer. Generate mode, receive mode and tracking generator mode in operation. A photo of an example cable fault test is also shown. The analyzer passes self test and no indication of any problems are present. It has an TCXO master oscillator installed. I am not sure if this is an option or if it is standard equipment. The only known problem with this piece of equipment is that there are a few segments missing in the center of the LCD display. They do not affect the normal operation of the equipment. The missing segments are related to the TONE2 and DUPLEX OFFSET fields on the display. It's easy enough to punch in the desired values ... moreand see what they are.
