I just got back from Agilent Calibration one of my spare noise sources. This is a 346C-K01(1Ghz to 50Ghz) Cal date is 22 Apr-2014 and expires 22 Apr-2015. It is also under repair service agreement with Agilent until Feb 2015. It is in fine working condition as stated by the certificate of calibration from Agilent.
