The Rawson Electric Co Elyria OH has a nameplate on the back coils so I am assuming this tester was made by this company. I could not find anything on the internet about The Rawson Electric Co. This tester measures 6 1/4" in length. 4" in depth, and 10 1/2" in height not including handle. This tester is old and used. I do not know if it works or even how to use it if it did. FOR SALE IS ONE USED Megger MIT1020 10kV Insulation Resistance Tester MIT1020 This tester was found in a storage unit bought at auction and it appears to be in very good if not excellent condition(possibly unused) It powers up and looks like it works just fine as well all the accessories seem to be all there. We plugged a power cord from a different device into the Line Input on the side of the unit and the unit powers up and shows what I believe are all the indications of a working unit but I know nothing about this tester and therefore can only attest to its ability to power on and go through the start up visual(the readout goes through a series of prefunction if you will visual indications that show that the readout and unit is functioning/or ready to function.
