This technique involves placing a gasketed pressure pan over each register or grille with the air handler fan off and the Blower Door depressurizing the house to a standard reference pressure. This is a Minneapolis Blower door system. This unit was used on a crew but was always taken care of. It needs nothing to run and can be used right now as is. I do not have a storage bag for the frame. But you can purchase one directly from the Energy Conservatory. It has all the Original manuals etc. All included items are are all intact and in good working order. You could set this door up and do an energy audit right now. This door still has A TON of life left in it and will serve you well. We are clearing out some room in the shop for some other ventures and the weatherization equip must go. Like all weatherization equip it will come with a little foam/caulk and mastic here and there. And some free cellulose dust. I tested this unit last week and tested out perfectly.
