The 4192A LF impedance analyzer performs both network analysis and impedance analysis on such devices such as telecommunication filters audio/video electronic circuits. And basic electronic components. Both floating and grounded devices can be tested. This unit is in excellent shape and includes an HP 16047B test fixture for measurements on discrete components. Also included is a power cord, a GPIB cable, and the technical manual on a CD. I have provided pictures for you to make your own judgment on the physical condition of this item. I will describe the item as best as I can based on visual inspection and my knowledge of the item. Cosmetically everything appears to be in excellent ++ condition with only minor imperfections. The painted enclosure chassis is very clean with only very minor markings. Internally the unit is nearly spotless- extremely clean. Operationally the unit powers on passes the self test when it is initiated. The controls operate and I have tested it with several different passive components and everything seems to work properly and the measurements seem accurate when compared to other instruments. I do not have the expertise or the standardized components to properly test every feature for full functionality as it is a complex instrument but I see no evidence of problems. The unit appears to have had minimal use in a research laboratory.
