If a fuse is swapped in. However, it will pass it's self test and seems to run okay, but I haven't given this a full workout(testing GPIB, card, etc) I believe the replacement fuse is Littlefuse's 03453LS2H(Digikey P/N F1492-ND) but I keep forgetting to order it so I'm not sure.
