3 day right of return!this includes the coveted tracking generator that ups the value by 1000$. and thats no exaggeration. I also have an 8594e w tg. 8595e 6.5 ghz, w/ tracking gen for sale. as well as 8596e w/ tg this is maxed out with options! quasi peak has been replaced with demodulator with tv sync trigger. Tracking gen 1 mhz to 2.9 ghz, opt 101(fast adc) 105(time gated)102(am fm demod with tv sync) 10(tg) 21(hpib) and 004(stable freq ref) there is no more room for any options! its packed! I can also upon request install any one of the following measurement personalities at no extra charge: Cdma phs. Gsm multband. Cable tv. Scalar. I also have other options such as opt 130. 151 and 160,etc. upon request for an extra cost or just exchanged for an opt thats in there that you dont need. amplitude flatness is dead on accurate thanks to the ... moreflatness cal routine I performed.frequency accuracy is dead on even at 10 khz spans at 2.9 ghz! crt looks good for an A series but not amazing. for an extra 400$ I can install a brand new crt from the factory. Comes with Brand new Nist Traceable partial calibration(since tracking gen is 0.3 db out of spec and starts working around 8 mhz instead of 300 khz) Certificate and sticker BRAND NEW Internal CALIBRATION and some adjustments made such as frequency accuracy.Crt,yto,flatness, amplitude accuracy,etc. Beware lots of people claim to have their units calibrated. However if it doesnt have actual adjustments ran its not a calibration but merely a performance test and general approval. and in many cases those approvals dont even pass spec! and spec is not that accurate to begin with! This is an 8594A Signal spectrum analyzer that goes to 2.9 ghz. This has been fully tested with my signal generator and works with no issues other than one( the tracking gen from 8 mhz to 160 mhz is 2.1 db low(1.8db is the max allowed for in tolerance/spec)so its just slightly out of spec. Its not a big deal for most buyers but it does say tg unlevelled because of this

Tektronix 2710 9 kHz- 1.8 GHz Spectrum Analyzer. Yet another unit#8 loaded with opts.GPIB, video monitor, Tracking Generator, NVM, counter, 300hz filter, phace lock, has cover, unit has feet and a handle all normalizations were recently run and passed the crt is clear and bright(sorry if the camera doesn't do justice) these normalizations are internal tests which were recently run and is in very good shape.I have tested the controls and buttons on this unit too, have I can copy the service manual if my copy costs are paid. I am sure many of the buyers of units that don't show the unit passing all the normalizations tests know just how dissapointing equipment like that is when they paid over a 1000$ for the unit! Tektronix changed something with the 2710 models over previous models it now by doing such tests provides a very accurate ... moreassessment of the unit automatically by doing a minor recalibrating of itself so you don't have to trained in how to test these units to know the condition. If you ever want to see what condition your 2710 is in let it warm up properly then go to the utility menu(by pressing Util button) and select normalizations(selection button 3) then select all normalizations(selection button 0) if your unit passes all normalizations then it is in pretty good shape but to find any sections that fail this type of test you select the service normalization section of the menu and it will display for each section what failed or passed. The 2710 offers a wide range of features at an extremely affordable price.
