Vintage Machinist's Tilting Compound Angle Vise in good condition. Looks to be machinist made as I can find no maker's mark. Looks a lot like a Palmgren. Has the initials'PM' etched onto it. For sure the owner and possibly the maker. Measures 10" long by 5" wide. Quite heavy. Weighing in at around 10.5 lbs. Opens to just over 2" Angles to 90 degrees and any angle in between. Found at auction. Cleaned it up some but it could still use a good cleaning. If you're a Machinist in need of one of these. This is a nice one to add to your Collection. Wesson Co. 4 inch Swivel Tilting Angle Milling Vice(Bridgeport Milling Vice) Very nice used Wesson Co. 4 inch swivel tilting angle Milling Vice. Base has 360 degree rotation and vice also same 360 degree rotation. Vice angle from 0-90 degrees. The base plate also has taped key slots for keyed tables. This is a piece of some of the tooling we have listed recovered from the GM Buick City tooling room in Flint. Michigan when they closed the plant. Some of the tooling which was coated in cosmoline is new never used and others are in very nice used condition and have been checked and properly cleaned. All are from American manufactures and made of high quality materials with great precision machining.
